Just wanted to thank Deepika at Aus Post for making my experience there wonderful. I really appreciate all the time and patience you had helping me with my small business.

The staff at Seven Hills Aus Post during the Friday morning shift were exceptionally pleasant. After a disappointing experience at the Toongabbie post office while applying for a passport, we decided to visit the Seven Hills post office. The staff there were incredibly polite, kind, and helpful, exuding positivity and sporting cheerful faces. We were genuinely delighted with the service and want to extend our gratitude to all the staff for their kindness and assistance. Thank you!

I just have to say thank you so much to the speedy Service of this shop - when I called to turn my package around due to detected Fraudulent activity they helped me right away and re-assured me that my package would be returned to sender. I just have to say thank you so much -- from the start of the phone call action was taken.

Shout out to the postie that works on Finlayson St and operates out of seven hills post office. The man found my samsung device on the road after it had somehow fallen out of my pocket last Friday morning. He received the frantic phone calls being made to the device in order to find it and offered even to drop it off to my home, if I could wait until lunch. He then met up with me on Finlayson St to return my device. Thanks so much mate! You were a life saver. I hope karma returns your good samaritan values back to you in multiples.

Staff are always friendly and efficient and will always go out of their way to help.

this is a very busy post office but the staff always go above and beyond to make sure you receive the best possible service. I've been going here for a few years and definitely the best post office I've ever used.
