Real Estate Extraordinaire! James has a well earned reputation as a Real Estate Agent. He is a true professional. On top of that he is also a really nice person and made a stressful situation much easier for me. He estimated the reserve and in a difficult market was able to achieve just over that, on top of the latest interest rate rate rise.

I would not hesitate to recommend highly James or Emily, who also played a part in the sale. The years of experience mean that you can entrust your property sale with James. I would imagine he would be equally someone trustworthy to buy a property from.

Stress free sale, great advice. I was certainly apprehensive leading up to the sale of our house, Dean gave us excellent advice on how to prepare and market the house and made us feel comfortable and excited about the process. He spent time giving us ideas on presentation, laid out an expected timeline in the lead up. Then gave us honest and transparent feedback throughout the sale and after each open.
