Just traded in my old car for a newer version - neither brand a Ford. The experience was really quite enjoyable - no "pushy used car salesperson" talk (we worked with Ty), but the laid back approach was effective.

He was respectful and open, and also was transparent about his need to check on certain matters and notify other interested parties when we wanted to "hold" the car for a few hours.

There were a couple of minor questions regarding the newer vehicle, and they were investigated promptly, one of which requires a workshop visit, which was arranged quickly with flexibility. I will post again once that work is done, but there is no reason to expect it won't be done well...

The finance side of things run by Eva was mostly smooth - minor communication hiccup within the team which was dealt with promptly.

Overall a great experience, and I feel we acquired a great little car with minimal fuss at a fair price - only time will tell I guess :-)

I purchased a Honda Odyssey sight unseen in 2021 just before the lock-downs hit as there were no suitable 7-seater cars in Queensland. The company organised to have the car transported up north to Cairns and despite some minor issues, Todd and Andrew sorted new parts for me and were very friendly during the whole process.

After doing several weeks research and suffering many condescending conversations, I finally found Todd at ThompsonFord with the car I wanted. I drove from Gold Coast to Sydney to look and potentially buy the car - drove it back that day. Thoroughly pleasant and 'easy' experience buying my car. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
