Platypus Shoes

I came in to try some high top converse but ended up with my own personal stylist! The converse didn’t work out thanks to my wide feet, but rather than letting me leaving defeated, Shannon went above and beyond with clothing style tips, encouraging me in a brave new direction. Her advice was genuine, and I left the store with new found confidence and a plan to locate my new outfits. I returned a few hours later after a successful clothes shop based on Shannon’s recommendations, to show her what I had achieved. She had left for the day, but Anna picked up right where Shannon left off having seen me in the store earlier. Anna not only helped me select a style of shoes that would work with my new outfits, but had the knowledge and personal experience to suggest a brand (new balance) that were the most comfortable and supportive for my wider feet. She was patient and ensured I was going to be happy with my purchase, staying back past closing time in doing so. Both Shannon and Anna have impeccable customer service and made my day.

Anna took care of my daughter and I, sorted us out with great shoes. Anna is the model sales person. Not pushy, yet engaging and very good at what she does. Thanks.

I got some issue with different colour shoes from different location Platypus. After checking online and knowing I can exchange in any of the location, I came to Penrith because it was easier to come here rather than going there, location wise. Kind staff( I forget to ask her name) really helped me kindly and patiently. I really appreciate your help🫶. Thank you so much.

After my online order was lost for 2 weeks - caitlin at the penrith store , resolved the problem calmly in 5 mins. Even tracking down the last pair of shoes in my size, in australia. Wonderful customer service caitlin!

Good service! Although the shop didn't have the style I wanted, a staff named Alonzo helped me transfer the goods for free and sent them to my address directly, and he also patiently answered my questions. It's a great sneaker store to visit!

Great place to shop in. Sales assistants are always very friendly and attentive. Knowledgeable and genuinely interested with what your looking for. Will always come here to buy shoes. There was a sales assistant Lee who was terrific, thank you!
