I went in there today with an idea of what shoe I wanted for work and thanks to the awesome staff I ended up with the most comfortable shoes, feels like I'm bouncing and are so friggen comfy.
The staff were so friendly, super professional, and the lady went above and beyond getting me all different shoes to keep trying on until I found the best ones for me.
100% would recommend shopping here to anyone and will definitely be a repeat customer. Sketchers penrith are the best!! Well done. Thank you so much

We saw an add on the internet offering a massive discount off the whole range of Kids’ mens’ and women’s Skechers!
Easy to deal with, great prices, easy to get to from the car park.
I went in and every dang thing on the shelf was 50% off! I am so glad that the lockdown is ended and that we can actually go into a shop and be served by someone now!
I was served by a lovely young knowledgeable assistant, who was so helpful and very good at serving two people at once!
They didn’t have what I wanted on the shelf, but it was no trouble for her to look up where the stock was and order what I wanted to come direct to me!
Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Amazing staff beautiful store

The staff were very unfriendly. I was not acknowledged when I walked into the store and when I did get acknowledged the man was very abrupt and rude. A smile and ‘have a good day’ makes a lot of difference to a shopping experience!

I wish there was an option for no stars, given the insensitive and derogatory comments made to my daughter by the male staff member at approx 2:30pm today at the Penrith store. I will never set foot in this store again and would not recommend supporting a business that hires such arrogant staff.
An example of the comments made by the staff member were "she's shy and quiet, isn't she? You should make her come out of her shell more." To which I responded "she's perfect the way she is, thank you."
My daughter was unable to find any shoes that met her needs, to which his final comment before we walked out was "good luck trying to find shoes for that one."
I'd like to highlight the fact that this experience comes only 1 day after International Women's Day. The affect this experience had on my daughter is simply unacceptable.

I bought a pair of brown shoes at the beginning of the year and within 2 months the colour started fading. After 6 months they almost look white. I've never had shoes that fade before they start falling apart. I told the sales team the problem and all thet could cone up was it was due to water damage!

Today I visited this store, looking at replacing my black skechers shoes. I advised shop assistant that this was the 2nd pair that had come away at the toe, and I am trying to avoid tripping, he couldn't have cared at all. Only option he provided was to purchase another pair for $159.00. I don't think so...
