We had dinner at Banjo's while staying at the attached Mercure Hotel.
Chicken Scallopini with vegetables and sweet potato fries and the Chicken Madagascar with roast potatoes and salad was a highlight of our week long food fest holiday. Absolutely fabulous.
We hope to return one day.

We are staying at the Rydges and we wanted to have breakfast at the Mercure. When we saw the Banjos, we ran away. How can a prestigious hotel like Mercure as a restaurant like Banjos to have breakfast? It is a disgrace and unbelievable.
