Wendy and the boys are always friendly and offer awesome customer service each and every time I visit the store. There is always plenty of stock which is great around the essential holiday seasons. Wendy is great manager and is obviously leading by example. Thanks guys!

BWS is a great place to shop, always plenty of choices & it's kept lovely & clean. Wendy & the team do a terrific job keeping everything 'just right' in the store & Wendy in particular is always helpful, friendly, knowledgeable & caring about her customers.

WEndy and Jackson absolutely MAKE shopping a pleasure... They are unfailingly cheerful, helpful and professional... They never fail to uplift my spirits and make my day... It's sometimes a stark contrast to other bottle shop staff who sadly cannot be bothered... They are exceptional staff members and a credit to the whole of BWS and indeed Woolworth's.
