Absolute huge shout out to the best little girl I saw working on register yesterday night, she greeted me with a warm smile, asked me how my day was and even continued to pack my bags the best I have ever seen it done.. what an amazing little girl. As I was having conversations with her she seemed very bright and even had some big plans for the future. Coles make sure you keep that one she is going places.. WELL DONE TO EMILY!! very special little girl

I had never been here until today. And was very surprised by the shop layout. Variety of food, presentation. And the service was a 10 in my books. The lady who seved me today was so pleasant and attentive it was a pleasure to be served by her. Nicely done.

A mum of 7 kids trying to get through check out was gonna be stressful but I ended up not as I had to check out ladies helped me amazingly. They went beyond their duties and helped with loaded the trolley, talking/calming down my children n taken 1 of many trolleys I had out to my car 😀 they are a blessing

I'm very appreciative of the lovely young cashier who saw my need and quickly opened a checkout for me...service is pretty special at Coles...Furthermore a young Coles guy helped me to my car & even put my groceries in my boot for me...these acts of kindnesses are very much appreciated as I presently have health issues. And who said young Australians don't know how to treat their elders! Well done guys, you're all awesome.

There's nothing you can't buy in this supermarket. Conveniently positioned away from the bustling town centre you can be sure that you will have an efficient shopping experience there. Friendly staff and good price, too.

But staff on self services are rude and disrespectful to the customers.
I have myself have experienced their rudeness need to fixed it,.

Fabulous friendly service. Amazing range of gluten free items. Lovely fresh produce at great price. AND ... A good amount of registers open!!!

I find coles south pretty good for most things. Parking can be a nightmare though. The only thing missing is a chair or two within the store itself for those of us with disabilities. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Well stocked with plenty of staff to assist with checkout.
