The food is always good, and the coffee even better. Eggs Benny is a solid choice, so are the breakfast burger and big breakfast. Each ingredient is beautifully prepared, I love the thick cut slices of crispy bacon, Italian snags and that BBQ relish - amazing.

I’ve been here many times and each time has been a consistently good experience - be prepared to wait if you pop in at lunchtime, this is a popular spot!

Best place for lunch catchups, the staff are always caring and helpful. It's a good place to read with a chai late if you're used to friends/family showing up late haha

P.s. Update the lemon and blueberry frappe no longer has frozen blueberry pieces in it

Always smiling and friendly staff. Coffee is sometimes hit and miss. But I go for the great service . Food is always great.

This is our “go to” place for myself and family when in Westfield. Friendly staff and great food just can’t be beat. They also cater for lactose intolerance which is really important for myself and my daughter.

Great service and amazing food. The Brightside Beef Burger is so good, I'd highly recommend breakfast or lunch here.

Had a beautiful relaxing hot drink with milo, that's absolutely fantastic yummy. Very friendly service, not cheap, but worth it for what we had . Can't wait to go again. Very busy weekends apparently.

Food was so yummy! So many options, the staff were attentive and very polite. The cafe is really well presented and can’t wait to come back for some more yummy food!

Great service. Lychee iced tea was delicious, as was the breakfast bruschetta and pancakes. High chair was provided by staff. Will definitely come again!

Food is good, service is great which can be a surprise unfortunately, as it's not something that's not hard to get right. Coffee is good but not great, but I'm still happy with it. Excellent brownies which definitely makes up for anything that may be lacking! Always clean, staff are always respectable and well mannered. Is there something I missed?

Great staff, good coffee, delicious food. The only negative I can come up with is the exposure to noisy people walking past, but that's very transient, and most people aren't that noisy.

Now a regular at Mr Bright Side, the coffee & service are consistently excellent. The handmade brownies are amazing & cost is very reasonable.

Not sure of the negative reviews. I’ve been here around 15x and it’s always been amazing food, drinks and coffee. Staff always friendly. Reasonably quick. Best place to eat at Westfield that’s for sure.

This was a very pleasant experience for me, service was absolutely faultless, attentive quick and friendly.
Prices on the food items were reasonable and had a good veriety of choices. Food came out quick and the flavours to back it up.
Coffee was full flavour and even got late art on soy milk which is a nice change,as most places don't bother to attenpa it.
Nice water station with fruits in it to make it extra refreshing, atmosphere was pleasnpl clean and querky. Will definitely see me here again. Thanks again John for his services really adds positive energy to the place. Marina was also very friendly and welcoming 👍

This is one of the go-to place to eat when you're in Westfield Penrith. Since we've been there so many times, we have always enjoyed the food. So far, all the stuff we tried from the menu did not disappoint. They recently added pork ribs which we ordered were amazing. The food is complimented by friendly staff and nice street view.
