Mitch is the host with the most. Nice and chill atmosphere - and this has been consistent since his previous location as well (check the pics). Enjoy my mochas and lattes here - without a doubt on of my favourite spots in all of metropolitan Sydney.

The passion and love for coffee is self-evident. I was fortunate to try coffees from different parts of the world (notably Panama 🇵🇦) - with a visit to the Riff - you can be sure you'll be trying coffees the world over. Love the place.

I've finally had an OG waffle too (something that eluded me for the longest time - one doesn't appreciate how popular waffles can be in Penrith). Did not disappoint.

Such a welcoming atmosphere and I love the way the shop is decked out! Experienced coffee that I've never tasted before. With a range of fancy brews, I'm looking forward to trying out the rest! 😊

Lovely ambience and food. Staff members make you feel welcomed from the second you walk into the cafe and the service is consistently warm and friendly. Single origin coffee was lovely and the burger was a generous serving with fries. 100% will visit again when in that area.

I really enjoyed my hot chocolate and banana bread at The Brew Lab Cafe. The Brew Lab Cafe has a great menu with snack packs, waffles, burgers and more. I'm keen to come back to try the rest of the menu. The service is also friendly.

My avo smash was so good I forgot to take a photo until it was gone.
But the real stand out was my batch brew coffee! Just wow… Mitch really knows what he is talking about! I even watched him helping people with tips and trick for their home coffee machines!
Very reasonably priced too considering the quality and service! Big smiles from me!

One of the best specialty coffee joints I have been to in greater Sydney. Poured one of the most interesting v60/espressos I’ve had recently.
Mitch is a wicked barista, absolutely knows his stuff and is great for a chat. I would really recommend for anyone who actually enjoys their brew for what it is. Even if not just in the area, it is worth a little mission out of the way.

Penrith’s best cafe. I came here earlier this week and had a delicious Chemex pour over, Ethiopian. The menu is great and has something for everyone, if you’re just up for a snack, the fruit toast is fresh and delicious, but if you have a little sweet tooth, I had the Waffles and can’t recommend them enough.

First breakfast meal out since Covid and we decided to finally visit this little gem in Penrith. You will find here a smorgasbord of waffle options but my go to is the lab brew benny. Furthermore they really know their coffee and have a good selection of beans on offer. Thanks to them, I have finally started to realise the potential of my espresso machine at home. The location of the cafe is notb the most visible but it is worth the find.

Breaky wrap and Eggs Benedict with bacon a strong latte and glass of cold slow drip coffee was one of the best starts to my day. The Brew Lab not only knows their way around coffee but they also puts out a awesome feed. Not my first time here and far from my last.

The Barista that served me today was a straight OG. I Seriously have not had a double ristretto like that for so long, it got that bad I stopped ordering it in my area. Absolutely nailed it. All the coffees that he made today were 5 star . Full credit goes out to you bro

The Brew Lab Cafe is an absolutely incredible place, simply brilliant food, amazing people and simply some of the absolute best coffee I have ever had. Mitch is a brilliant master of his craft, the Chef makes some incredible food I very much recommend the Waffles, one of my favourite things among so much of their menu.

Bangin' coffee, and they wafflised my toasted croissant. What could make a crispy, cheesy croissant better? Stick it in a waffle iron! Very friendly staff. Did I mention the coffee was great? The cafe is hidden on the car park side of the building, even though the address is Henry st. Plenty of seating, and quick for take-away.

Brew Lab has great coffee and food with friendly service. Nice displays of lab/coffee things. Cool tshirts available, kinda sad I didn't get one. The breakfast burger I had (with added hash brown) was one of the best I've ever had... and I've had quite a few.

Fully impressed with this place. I ordered some coffee beans online from the Brew Lab Cafe but I absentmindedly forgot to specify if it was for pick up or for postal delivery. As I live 50km from Penrith (which is where this cafe is), I got in touch with brew lab to try to sort it out. Not only did they respond immediately, they were supportive, courteous and they even paid for the postage! Needless to say the coffee beans arrived and they are next level beans. I love my coffee, and this is the best quality beans I’ve ever tasted. It’s just nice to experience a business which takes their customers and business seriously in such a professional and courteous manner.

What an unreal experience in the West!!!

To try the different flavours available and then have the barista explain instruments associated with the creation of the coffee was an experience. The food did not disappoint too, decent price and you are leaving full.

Will definitely be coming again, even if it is a bit further away than my usual cafe

Highly recommend The Brew Lab for catering!
Have had lunch and coffee there a handful of times over the last few years now and have always found the coffee spectacular and the food really tasty.
I recently had a Saturday afternoon birthday party in Penrith and needed it catered for, I ordered the gourmet sandwich and wrap platter options and The Fruit platter.
Everyone loved the food and said everything was fresh and tasty, so I needed to pass on their Thanks! And mine too! Next function I need to cater for I know where I'm ordering from. Thanks again!

Love this place! It’s a 60km round trip for me to pick up my beans and have an espresso. I tell Mitch what brew method and flavours I’m after and he always hands over great quality beans and advice. A lover of all things coffee and it really shows
