Chatime Penrith

Have been a regular customer from Chatime Penrith Plaza since they’ve opened.
Can say it’s definitely the best bubble tea store in Penrith! would highly recommend if in the area.

Fruity teas my usually go to Peach green/ black with lychee jelly or popping pearls goes hard.
They’ve always got my delivery order correct as well and make it consistently we’ll done team😊😊🫡

Have been a regular customer for the past year and enjoyed every drink. The workers are so nice!! Love how quick they get my drinks out. Will come back every time! Def recommend getting the lychee square as it’s so refreshing!!

Staff are very friendly here and their fruit teas always have good flavour. When I order on the app my drinks are prepared and ready when I arrive to collect. On pick up I'm always welcomed with a smile and a friendly hello. Thanks Chatime for the great service and great bubble tea.

Penrith Cha time provides great customer service, I got my drink in no time. Their mango green tea with mango popping pearls is especially good, I'd highly recommend!

Wonderful service today.
I placed an order through the app, got a bit lost finding the store location and a kind worker rang me and walked the drink to me. Really appreciated his dedication to getting my drink to me before they closed for the evening.

Amazing service really. I've been to plenty of Chatime stores around the city, and I'm so glad to have a great store near me! The service is great. The people at the front are very kind too. I cannot fault them. Best Chatime store by far! I always feel welcomed.

BEST BUBBLE TEA IN PENRITH HANDS DOWN!!! Best customer service and their staff are so amazing and friendly and I always leave with a smile every time I buy bubble tea from here! They treat you like a friend they’ve known forever compared to other boba places. Not to mention, the fruity drinks and sparkling bobas are to die for! I bought tropical, passion fruit green teas and premium pearl milk tea for my family and they loved it, its just so refreshing and quenches my thirst every single time! They are also very fast and efficient and are always busy. And they leave the cutest messages everytime I order on uber! Will be coming back every week from now on!

Hands down the best Cha Time I've been to. Amazing service, friendly staff, delicious milk tea. The service was quick and the drinks were perfect. If you live in the area or are visiting Penrith, 100% recommend going to this Cha Time!

As a coffee drinker I had to buy a cup of Cha Tea here. And let me tell you, for someone that drinks coffee usually, I was pleasantly surprised. I was wonderful and the service was great!!

Just what I needed. A large peach tea. Helpful service and plenty of seating. Good beverage to have any time of day. 🍹
New and innovative dietian approved ideas such as using Philadelphia cream (real cream) as a delicious topping for a cream mousse tea.
Not only do they do cold teas but they do hot teas as well. Chatime's newest drink is fresh cream mousse.
Every time I come into the store I go straight to Chatime for my favourite daily beverage; enjoy munching on the lychee which almost makes it a meal.
Many options count how many of tea options are available. Have you ever tried sparkling tea. I think I'll try it tomorrow. How about you? The thought of Chatime delights me.
Their cups are spill proof: secure, convenient and plugged so I can either drink it straight away or later, gulp or sip, sit down and chat or carry it around.
Chatime franchise has been around as long as I can remember. Therefore, it stands to reason I'm not the only one who is excited and confident about buying my beverages from Chatime.
Customised options are available you can choose your: ice level or sugar level. I wouldn't hesitate to give this drink to any children in my care. Neither should you. It is a terrific option to soft drink...
Nice, refreshing, lots of flavour options: peach, raspberry, strawberry. Different types of teas not just green, black and milk. It delights me every time I think about it. 🥤
