Shoes & Sox Penrith

I have been coming here for nearly 4 years now for both my boys and the staff are exceptional and always so helpful. My preschooler came here recently for a new pair of shoes and Cristina was absolutely amazing with helping him to find the perfect pair of shoes and took her time to find the right fit. So impressed with the exceptional service from Cristina and all the staff.

We had both our children fitted for their school shoes and your staff member did an amazing job. She was very thorough, very knowledgeable of the options and honest when she didn’t have experience with any of the options, had a great way of communicating with the children and asking their opinions as well. Very very good service.

Lovely ladies that work here. I don’t know her name, she is beautiful, short blonde hair with pretty nails. She took time and helped my daughter find the right shoes. She was very helpful and I’m impressed with her great customer service. Keep up the great work! 😊

Staff were lovely and used my child's name during the fitting and included them in discussion. Fitted and measured all 3 pairs of shoes that we bought and took the time to fit them correctly with an inner sole and explained sizing with different brands. Karen was our server and was fantastic

Great experience having my 2 boys fitted for school doors here today. Really friendly and helpful staff member who went out of her way to ensure the kids were happy with the fit. Appointment running on time.

Your fit squad are great, but it was really just not obvious that the parents needed to join a digital queue. There were a lot of flabbergasted parents, and I felt sorry for the staff. The sign asking you to join the queue was on the counter, and of course there were families paying for the shoes which is taking a while because of the back to school vouchers and things like after pay. More obvious signage would improve the experience for everyone, particularly your poor staff.

Alanna from Shoes & Sox Penrith made our back to school experience painfree & very easy, even though they were extremely busy her customer service was outstanding she measured all 3 children and made sure they were all very happy with there shoes. Karen was an absolute delight! Extremely helpful and patient with my two children. Can definitely tell how much Karen loves her job! Good customer service is hard to come by, thank you for providing a quick and easy service.

Great experience!! I turned up at my allotted time and was ushered straight into the store. The friendly staff were waiting to fit my daughter. She was fitted for two pairs of shoes, we paid for them and left within 10 minutes. Such amazing service. I really like this online booking system. Made for a very quick and easy school shoe shopping experience!!

Great customer service, very helpful and caring staff, my girls loved the way that they are entertained while checking the sizes and pick which shoes they want and of course they know how to make you choose an extra pair!!!
The girl that helped us was Diana, so nice and very friendly even with my little one that didn’t need shoes!

Everything was so easy. I made an appointment online the night before. Went in at the booking time and the lady was super helpful. Got the right fitting shoes for my 15 month old within 15 mins. Such a great service

Loved the new system in place of joining the queue and going away to do other shopping while we waited for our turn! The lady at the entrance gave us a good idea of how long to wait before coming back, after we received our text message informing us that we were close to our turn and we managed to time our shopping perfectly! Great service once in the shop as well making the whole experience a smooth one.

Vanessa from Shoes & Sox, Penrith, organised a before opening hours shoe fitting for my child who has a physical disability. My child was extremely happy to have the shop to herself so she could move around without the store being crowded and she had Vanessa’s full attention. We purchased three pairs of shoes and my daughter left the store with a smile on her face. Shopping can be difficult when mobility is an issue, but Vanessa made this shopping trip a positive experience for my child.

Was really busy and had to queue up via mobile phone QR code. Very well managed. Great customer service. Was in and out seamlessly and felt very well looked after. Great team. Good work. Will be back when my son grows out of his fantastic pair of asics!

The woman who fitted both my children was so patient despite how busy they were. I really liked that you could scan to join the queue and then continue shopping. All round it was a great experience

Another year impressed with Team Penrith. I’ve been bringing my eldest niece for years to be fitted for her school shoes here, and this year my younger niece starts school. The ladies at Penrith made the experience enjoyable, and despite not having the right fit instore for the chosen style, it was ordered for her directly to home and it fit perfectly. Vanessa and all her team are very confident in their fitting and this certainly shows, my sister was very impressed on how quick the process was, we were in and out so fast without feeling rushed or like the correct fitting was being compromised. Will always recommend Team Penrith to people I know!
