First time I've been there to purchase dressy wedding footware and they had a nice trendy range for men, with options for women. Jo, the sales assistant was very helpful and assisted me with choices that i liked. They currently have a back to school special so i would get in whilst stocks lasts. The items were well priced for modern and trendy shoes that are versatile for all different types of current looks.

Came here to get my first pair of heels, service by the lady at the front (don't know her name but cool hair) was really helpful, even though there was a lot of other people in the store that day. First stop for buying nice shoes again, for sure

Best shoe store in Penrith, great staff members with knowledge of the fashion industry. Clear return policy stated on the receipt. Betts Penrith is the place to go for all your shoe needs!

Lovely friendly service, very helpful but a very busy shop.
Lots of top quality shoes on display for a small shop size, lots of variety for men and women and you can get gift cards which I got for my darling wife!!

Nice shoes

I didn't want to leave a bad review but seeing the other bad reviews for this store made me share my experience. We went in today and an older blonde lady served my mum and I. My mum has complicated foot problems but the lady looked irritated as she couldn't understand what my mum was looking for, making my mum not want to try anything anymore. After that, I tried to buy another pair of 2nd shoes since the 2nd was half price. She had told me that anything in the store would be half price! after she helped me pick out these shoes on sale for 20 bucks. After the 2nd purchase that was 139 that came to 149, I realised she ringed up the price wrong on the computer and it turns out the sticker on the shoe was wrong so she changed it for me.. I said my thank yous but she seemed annoyed that I realised and brought it up... my last issue was when I had asked her why wasn't the second shoe on sale she laughed right at my face! Saying if that were to be then everyone would be running in there and buying :/ and she tells me at the END.. that the cheapest is always the one on half price. Lol well it would of been great if you told me that at the start and not laughed in my face. Seems to me this lady hates her job and I wont be going back there again for an awkward and uncomfortable experience.

Was a frequent shopper here however after my experience the other week, I won't be returning. Had an absolutely rotten experience with the manager. I bought heels for a wedding, didn't end up wearing them because I am pregnant and my feet had swollen between the time I bought them and the wedding. Went to return and explained the situation and the manager's attitude was disgusting. She told me they don't refund for "change of mind" - clearly my feet swelling during pregnancy isn't a change of mind... She started spouting that she was a legal student and knows the law regarding returns when I said I was pretty sure it's illegal to not return items regardless of a SMALL HAND WRITTEN SIGN at desk in store. I got a credit note at the end of a lengthy argument from her, but I wont be using it. Won't ever shop with Betts again. Waste of money and time.

Came in today 9:45am was really wanting to buy a shoe for my new job but was in the store for more than 10minutes and I’m the only one but was not greeted not assisted at all and the lady there just looked at me when I left. Great customer service! I guess she’s too tired to even have work. She should just rest at home.

I purchased shoes online and paid Afterpay. item returned in-store. young sales assistant, was rude and went and got her manager. Manager informed me that refund couldn't happen, that I would have to pay for postage (no thanks), no refund in-store. Credit note given, means I still now have to pay off my afterpay. Any other store , you go to refunds your Afterpay account. I won't be purchasing anything from Betts again.
