Oporto Penrith Drive Thru

4.8: this is by far the best Oporto branch we had ever been to. Area is clean as soon as you get in. Front staff always smiling and customer friendly. They are a well oiled machine. Everyone is working hard and knows what they’re doing. They communicate well with each other. They all work well together as a team I may say. We ordered half chicken with lemon and herb baste with pita bread, grilled corn and coleslaw on the side, the Halloumi burger and churros. They were all cooked well and they served them on actual plates. Cutleries were disposable which are fine. Tables are a bit sticky and toilet maybe needs a bit more clean and well stocked up with toilet paper which is the only downside. Other than that well done. Would definitely come here again if I’m in the area.

The food here is always nice. Haven't had a bad meal yet. It's always clean,and staff are always friendly.

The customer service was outstanding, and the burger taste was exactly what I was looking for and I was so pleased with the service I received from Reena. They went above and beyond to help me find the best taste burger. Again big thanks to Reena such an amazing customer service with smile and right attitude I have ever had from any other food industry.

Great Oporto, staff were friendly and helpful, the food was fresh and delicious and it is easy to pop into after going to Starbucks for a drink! Highly recommend.

I just want to say how about amazing this place was and I had the best customer service from the manager and the crew member. the place was very clean and the Customer Service was very fast.we had a big order but they made sure everything was there even my daughter ( 3 year old) couldn't wait for it to cool down so she can eat it. I was so amazed at the factor that there was only three member including the manager and they were getting all the out very fast. they were all very welcoming

The staff at Oporto Penrith are always friendly and efficient. The food tastes great and they're always able to cater to changes you make to your order. The manager there is super friendly - unfortunately, I did not get his name - so extra shoutouts to him. I also purchased the bottle of their chili sauce and it's fantastic! I frequent this location and always look forward to my next visit. Thanks!

Ate in and got our food brought over to us. The woman who served us even asked if the sauce on his burger was enough because he had asked for extra sauce. Food was yummy and staff were great. Fast food at its finest.

I was driving past, starving & Poor to saved me a very uncomfortable drive home. You know the taste, theres nothing like it, so fresh & filling, this truly is a great. Staff very helpful friendly & patient as we decided what to have at the speaker, it's a difficult choice when everything is so good.

Great service and freshly cooked orders. Very busy drive through but they managed order well and only waited a few minutes from ordering to the pick up window. Friendly staff and got the order right the first time.

The Oporto at Penrith was the most professionally run Oporto I have ever been too. Will always bear in mind to drop in if nearby. Well done to the team working around 8pm on Saturday 13th of August 2022.

Nice restaurant with large spaces inside, outside.
The toilets are best here with music, cleanliness, and all amenities.
The sit outs so cool 😎 enjoy the foods in solo or in group. Other nice restaurants also nearby and amazing location facing Castlereagh Road....

Exceptional Customer Service!!! Recieved From Umesh on 22nd Of October. Who went above and beyond to satisfy our families dinner dinners two minutes after close. Highly Recommended!!!

Staff could be a bit more friendly but whenever I go there my food is always fresh and hot, one of the best Oportos I've been to.

Fresh and clean new store. Staff were nice, service was reasonably quick given how busy it was. Plenty of parking, outdoor seating, well designed drive thru.
