These guys are life savers they baptized me and now i am a devote christian and work towards pleasing god. I love telling the truth and giving to others i know god tests me sometimes. Also without the food each tuesday i dont think i could eat my bills are massive i dont understand how they can be so high. im disabled and recently was abused and robbed by careers and they took all my money.

They are the best people to work with. Always caring, friendly and willing to help others. They make sandwiches for local schools between Penrith and Doonside. I think that is a wonderful thing that they are doing. Great job guys. Love you guys.

Very understanding and helpful people. I had a heart transplant in April this year and have relied on there food handouts to get us through some tough times. God Bless the Rock for all you do for our community.

Awesome place that helps those that find it hard to make ends meet some weeks with supplying those that need a little hand sometimes with food handouts, socialising and hearing Gods words as well. Awesome place, awesome people that love and care for you and an Awesome God that makes places like this possible.

This place at kingswood , are doing more for the area and from areas, that are quite far , more then government, organization, or paid or money grants , that don't even make it back to help people, in need, it stays in there pockets, and feeds there hunger for greed, they don't really help the people that really need, as soon as I walked into this place, welcome with a smile , they don't look down on you , or only want a certain race,, every one is welcome under the presence of gods grace, if any one is in need be there ever Tues from 9am-1pm, you don't need to fill any paperwork, or be on. centerlink payment, just need , to be a person in need , take a ticket, , its like we are all winners, ,we all get. Our Numbers called , and go up to collect walk out with a big box full , of many , good fresh, nixed food products, food vegies, 2ltr, milk, 2ltr ice coffee, 2ltr fruit juice, large box of sultana brand, loaf of bread, sauces, BBQ, tomato, sauce range, bag 6 frozan pies, 6 choc in a bottle, 6 ,6ooml , chic bottom , milk choc
