I accidentally broke the cold kitchen tap whilst installing a new water filter system and subsequently lost all water to the house over the long weekend too.

Mark from Penrith Plumbing responded promptly (on long weekend too) and confirmed right then a speedy time to come out and resolve my issue without delay.

Called them today with an issue with the water tank. They were at my place within 2 hours. Fixed the issue on the spot. No waiting for parts etc.

What a awesome and honest bloke Mark is…
hot water stopped working and he was kind enough to troubleshoot with me over phone and give me tips, ended up being a $6 blown fuse and also replacing the thermostat… almost feel guilty not having to pay him but will definitely use him for any other repairs i cant do myself,normally other companies would come out and charge an arm and a leg just for something little. highly recommended!

I had arranged for them to come and fix some leaking taps and replace the hot water heater but one of the taps started to leak very badly. I called them and Daniel was here in 20 minutes to fix it and another tap. He also inspected the hot water heater and the kitchen tap and arranged a suitable time to replace them. I found Penrith Pluming and Hot water to be very efficient and professional, knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant.

I had laundry issues...leaking tap and a leaking pipe. I received same day service and both problems were promptly fixed. Daniel, the plumber, was a delightful and personable young man. Both of my small dogs gave him their tick of approval. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
