What a beautiful store! It was so easy to wander around and still be social distancing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this store for anyone wanting to browse for ideas or if you're like me and need to see things before you purchase online. I made a list and can now buy online and click and collect with confidence.

I love this shop, it has so many interesting things. I always find something I want there.

Since Kitchen Warehouse opened we’ve always found top of the range products at good prices, Friendly and helpful service too.
Specials are always worth looking for and on this occasion we wanted a Woll grille (as the brand is as good as you can get) and when it was sold out the Penrith store organised one for us when they were really busy. This made no difference to the friendly and helpful service (Thank you Jodi) and it was sent free to us the same day. Could not be happier with this organisation or this store.

I purchased a 10-pc set online for my dad as a Christmas gift. We received them in the post and three items had been damaged.

Adam and Jody helped us and were so kind. We left with a beautiful new set. My dad is really happy! Thanks Penrith team!

Wendy was great! Was able to give us a good price match and great service at the front counter. Jodie and Cathy resolved my problem and cleared up a misunderstanding! They took the extra effort to test the faulty goods and offered a quick solution!

Went in to ask questions and got them answered with such professionalism and knowledge! The staff member was respectful even though they could tell I couldn't afford the fancy knives. I can only imagine how good the service is if you're actually buying something!

Hello Kitchen Warehouse Team, I had ordered two dinner sets few weeks ago. I received the delivery 2 days ago. The box had broken plates. I took the photos and sent an email to you guys asking for next steps - Refund/ replacement/Not covered at all. Could I please get a reply to my email. Thank you.
** update - I have received the replacement plates that were broken. They were very well wrapped up. So much better than the first time. The set looks amazing now.
Will I shop with them again? Yes, as I love their range.
Will I order online? Maybe not. I would rather visit them in person.

My favourite kitchen supplies store. I have never had an issue here and I love everything I have purchased from here. I love this place so much that I even send my customers there when they need top quality glassware or just variety glassware.

Wide selection of kitchen goods at great prices. I was shopping to buy knives. The salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all knife brands. I was extremely impressed.

Absolutely addicted to this shop. From storage jars to knives and even the cheap ones are of great quality.
I purchased online as well as in the Penrith store and cannot find but praise fir the quick service. All the glass products were super protected in the boxes. Well managed. Big range of products as well. Love it.

Fantastic variety of goods, some of which id never seen before. Some great specials too!

Signed up as a VIP which gave me 20% of an item which was marvellous. A great feel in-store with lots of customers excitedly looking through what was on offer. Plenty of items to choose from: glassware I'd never heard of for wines I'd love to try!, good looking tableware, baking and cookware and plenty more.
Staff were plentiful and attentive, helping me find exactly what I wanted. Well done Kitchen Warehouse.

Really nice inviting store with great displays. Seemed to have an excellent range of most things. Not many low cost options, rather a focus on quality. Some decent discounts on some items to help though.

Went with my son, a Chef, we were pleased with the range of goods available, well stocked and well laid out, almost an Aladdin's Cave of Cookery, hahaha

This place has it all, prices are well justified by quality of goods.

Came to grab something, but because of lockdown the store was closed (which I wasn't expecting). I called the store and was able to place an online order for click and collect which the staff rushed through for me so I could still get what I needed. My order was ready to be collected in only 15 mins. Really appreciated the staff doing this for me.

Visited Kitchen Warehouse, and Sharon was the staff member who helped me out in purchasing an Air Fryer, despite the fact I knew nothing about them. She was great, very professional and went into details about the various pro and cons of various Air Fryers. She went above and beyond what you would normally expect in terms of customer service..
