Wonderful company to deal with, fantastic sales and after care service. The ladies at Penrith are friendly, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond. My Eden 3seater with reclining is perfect for my needs and is very comfortable.

My in-laws purchased lounge & recliners a few years and recommended them. Excellent furniture and really good customer service. The staff were friendly & helpful.

Less pricey places to get a chair.

Ordered a recliner chair on 15/2/18 from Penrith. Sales order indicates delivery time of 10-12 weeks so expected date would between 26/4/18 and 11/5/18.
It’s now 22 May 2018 and there is no sign of the goods and I have not received any contact initiated by the store.
In fact I have rung 3 times and visited once and each time I’ve been assured that I should receive a call within days re delivery. I have received an email apologising and saying the chair will be sprayed with their fabric guard for free instead of the usual fee of $40 as compensation. This was a week ago.
Appalling customer “care” and “service”; not even a call to advise the status of the item, and apparent lies when contacted by customer (it’s going through customs, it’s still clearing customs, it’s cleared customs and it’s in our warehouse for delivery within 1-2 days - as stated 7 days ago). Pathetic. If I could give zero stars I would.

Went into the store Saturday 11th looking for a recliner for our aged mother and was served by Sarah. Saw a particular chair and Sarah gave us a good price for cash plus also said we could have floor model.

Sunday 12th Nov. .today took mum in to view and see how comfortable the chair was and Sarah once again assisted.

She then went into discussion with the store manager who gave us a higher price couldn't have floor model and delivery would be $100.

What a turn around from Saturday. We tried again to negotiate what was offered on Saturday and the manager was most unhelpful. .in fact didn't seem to care.

As cash up front customers we thought it may have help but NO.
