Provincial Home Living - Penrith

My partner and I travelled all the way from Shellharbour to buy our dream dining chairs from Provinicial home living on the weekend! The travel was absolutely worth it! We had such an amazing experience with the girls Stephanie, Jo and Francy! Honestly, the absolute best service I have ever received! I can’t wait to visit again! Thanks so much girls for making our trip that little more special ✨

Thank you to Amelia and staff working 25th March Saturday for your advice support and help in my choice of major furniture purchases which took a bit of time. Also your delivery people were wonderful and considerate- I gave them a bonus as nothing was too hard in helping move my old furniture buffet to my garage.
Overall I had a wonderful experience and am now a future client. I highly recommend Penrith store and castle hill was helpful in the past with enquires. I do not live near Penrith and ventured out there to view a display cabinet shop again thanks Amelia and team 😊

A big thank you to Jo the store manager who helped us in the purchase of our "thatch" buffet and hutch. After a year of dealing with a couple of retailers who failed to meet their commitment, Jo not only helped us in the purchase of our unit but also ensured that we had the piece as soon as possible and certainly for our Christmas family gathering here in the Southern Highlands......thank you Jo !!!!!!!

Spoke to Robert over the phone, such a lovely gentleman who knows the products well and charms me everytime. Can't way to come all the way from Chatswood to buy some Easter goodies. Keeps me coming back to the Penrith store. Love the team.

My favourite homewares store! Unfortunately it is a 2 hours drive from my home, but everytime I travel through Penrith I stop in.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this store. Incredibly underwhelming poor service. The staff say the item will be available in a short time just to get you to buy it. Then you wait around and don’t hear from them. Then you constantly call and they have no clue when the item is actually coming in, blaming it on the warehouse / covid-19. You can’t blame covid-19 or the warehouse on luring your customers and not picking up the phone to call them to give them an update.
