V friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. There is a lot packed into a relatively small area.

Located in a handy part of Randwick has an old-school vibe that feels nice when you are inside the store the staff were lovely and helpful. the stock on the Shelves is always topped up They also have a small parking lot on the rooftop.

Great selection for a smaller store. Quite compared to the warehouse stores locally. Friendly staff.

Good and quality service, got everything I needed

Huge variety of quality products with helpful staff. This time I was in the paint section and they color mathed my wall exactly and provided a small sample tin for a reasonable price. I e joy going there for ideas also

I visited this store two days ago, which made me write a review today because I wondered how far a staff can go to show and explain a product to you! I needed immediate assistance as I was desperately looking for options to fix some holes, and Josh was there to step beyond and help me sort out my issue by providing the right guidance and showing me how can I achieve it. Thank you Bunnings Randwick and team for having this amazing culture.

Great for everything from DIY projects to supplies for those bigger projects.

The team here is very much willing to help customers. Matt was particularly helpful in tracking down the items we needed. As some others have noted, the store is quite small and may not have everything you need, but it's great to have in the local area all the same.

Although it is a smaller store and not as many products, I prefer this store because of the superior service.
Parking can be difficult depending on the day and the time of the day.

Excellent hardware store. Stocks heaps of stuff; most of which are excellent prices. There’s a private car park at the top of the building for customers. The staff are very knowledgeable, and most have been very friendly to me. I highly recommend.

Update 4 years later ! A big thank you to Julian for advising me re painting my back porch today. He was even spot on with the weather which is why I have time to write this review instead of finishing the painting! He even gave me a checklist of all the different things I needed so I walked away completely equipped to do the painting once the weather improves! Thanks Julian!

As a woman in a hardware store, I don’t like being talked down to. Here there was none of that - the painting staff were patient, very knowledgeable, did not oversell me too much paint and took the time to to understand my needs. I was advised on the best and lightest step ladder too by a lovely gentleman in the downstairs part. For DIY they were all great so I wrote a feedback form telling them so. I agree that the parking area is a bit cramped, so be careful of pedestrians particularly children ! All the staff were lovely and helpful and one man offered to help me carry the ladder to the car. Today that level of service is very hard to find. Guys, you rock! :) :)
