This is the WORST ezymart ! The lady behind the counter would not give me my parcel from fedex because my first name was shortened !I had my drivers licence with my address and all my credit cards for proof !!!! She clearly needs to reevaluate what the hell she is doing . She is RUDE and will not listen to anything you have to say . NEVER GO THERE !!!

A parcel of mine got taken here when I wasn’t home to sign for it. I went to pick it up and noticed that the lady behind the counter was on her phone. Fair enough, could be a slow day - I get it. But I stood at the counter facing this lady for a solid minute expecting her to put her phone down and acknowledge my presence but she didn’t (what on earth?). I eventually just said "excuse me" - she didn’t bother looking up at me but just said "yes?" while staring at her phone. I asked to collect my parcel and not only was she extremely rude the entire time but she took the longest time to process it. I’m assuming this lady is the owner because there’s no way an employee like this wouldn’t have been sacked by now. Yikes.

been to this store twice and have only received the worst service. the middle aged woman, who seems to be the store's owner, provides absolutely zero customer service. she was on her phone while serving customers so instead of speaking to the customer which is part of her job, she was speaking loudly on the phone. if she hates her job she shouldn't be there. being on your phone while serving customers is just RUDE. also no greetings, no basic communication, no nothing. again if you hate customers just don't work in customer service, no customer deserves to be treated that way. would give 0 star if I could
