Really exceptional business! It was refreshing to find someone like Aaron who was honest, reliable, and just a lovely human. He was very efficient, very genuine, and didn’t charge an outlandish amount like some others may do. We will only be using Penrith City Plumbing Services from here on out!

We had a burst pipe this weekend. Aaron went above and beyond to get our water supply operational again. Pricing was very fair. Penrith is lucky to have such a great local business.

Aaron did an inspection free of charge and then organised to complete the job only a couple days later. He explained the issue and the solution needed to fix the problem in detail. His service was genuine wand was easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

Aaron was able to come out to do work on short notice. He was friendly and reliable so I booked additional work the following week which was completed fast and efficiently. Highly recommended.

Cannot recommend Penrith city plumbing services enough! We had a mishap at home with TWO burst water meters… I was very stressed when I called up these guys, they arrived within 20 minutes and fixed both issues within the hour! Even at 8pm on a Saturday night and in the pouring rain.

Can’t recommend Aaron highly enough. He broke his holiday to fix our overflowing toilet (took two visits). His service so customer-friendly - he was punctual with appointment times, stayed cheerful despite complications with the job, kept us informed, fitted the work around our holiday plans …. all with a smile and a happy demeanour and for a very reasonable price. He’s definitely ‘our plumber for life’.

If I could give more stars I would. Aaron responded timely to my request came out and fixed many issues at my property. He dealt with difficult jobs made harder than should have been due to some dodgy previous workmanship or lack there of. Aaron powered through and actually worked out one of the issues that I have had for years that no one else seemed to be able to solve. If you need a plumber who is punctual, professional and just a pleasure to deal with give him a call . I would defiantly recommend and if in the future I need a plumber he will be my go to. I now Know why Aron has 5 stars. We had a water leak in our wall from the bathtub into our bedroom. He quickly diagnosed the problem, came back the next week and fixed it. He is the most friendliess guy you have ever met, and not only was he on time his pricing was very fair and reasonable for all the hard work he did. we will be definitely be calling him again for any of our plumbing needs

We had a sewer choke and called Penrith City Plumbers at 8am and everything was clear and working properly by 10am.

This morning my family and I woke up with no hot water.

After scrambling to get a plumber, I remembered getting a business card from Aaron a while back.

I gave him a call at 10:51am and explained the situation. Aaron was already at a job, took my call, listened too me even though he was busy and said he'd make a couple of calls to see what he could do. As at 3:20pm our new hot water system was installed and not even a scrap of rubbish left behind.

Aaron, we can't speak highly enough of you, mate. You're a champion! Thank you for juggling your day to make it work for us!

These guys were great. They answered our call at a late hour and made themselves available. Had technology that could find the issue in the pipes within 20 minutes. I paid another plumber a lot of money and they couldn’t find the issue, save yourself some money and call these guys first. Very prompt, friendly and professional. Aaron was great, I would definitely recommend and will get them back next time.

Big shout out to Aaron for his amazing work! We have used his services a number of times and in his usual professional manner, he came out promptly to excavate and replace a pipe in the sewer line, install a new gully and also clear out the stormwater drains. Aaron's work is consistently to a high standard and always exceeds our expectations. Aaron's knowledge and experience is second to none!

He kept me informed as he was doing the job, explaining what he was doing and why, and to top it off, a great competitive price with a fantastic sense of humour thrown into the mix. My story - I had a different plumber come out and he told me, after already charging me $1,250, that he couldn’t clear my drain and then proceeded to tell me I needed urgent works done and quoted me $12,500. (A total of $14,500) he also took my toilet out and left it out.

I was given Aaron’s number and he walked me through the quotes and told me it sounded wrong.
Aaron came out the next day, cleared the block in less than no time. Showed me what he was doing and kept me updated throughout the whole thing. His fee was more than reasonable, nowhere near the initial price of what I was charged from the first plumber, for the same service.
Aaron got the job done.

He may be the dancing plumber but he was my knight with the power jet flush ( I think that’s what it’s called )
