The best customer service I have experienced in years. Staff were attentive, polite and very helpful. I have had many apple products since the iPhone 4 and I felt like a valued customer after my visit to get my son’s laptop repaired. Very happy, thanks for the great customer service.

Britany helped us with a difficult MacBook issue on a Thursday evening. She has a lovely manner, is super efficient and was absolutely committed to helping my niece. Made my day ! Yay! Thank you Britany and Team !

Went in around 5pm today and was helped by Anne. She was amazing! She explained straight up what the problem was and how can it be solved, if we needed it dumbed down a bit, she did that without any attitude. She was such a great help and didn’t try and make us buy anything if we didn’t have to. She made it the easiest appointment I’ve ever had at that store.

Have had issues with my brand new Apple Watch Ultra 2 since Christmas, been going back and forth, the customer service at this Penrith star is world class, the worker named Kurt knows his stuff and is 110% about the customer satisfaction. He done absolutely everything he could to help and assist me for almost 3 weeks straight.
Highly recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase Apple products or help.

Staff were accommodating and kind. I was there to have my Macbook Pro battery check and they even did a full diagnostic. I am very pleased with their service.

We spoke with Attila and he was very helpful. Spent as much time with us as we needed and explained a few things to us that we needed to know. We had alot of questions.
We bought a new apple watch and we needed to know it would connect to my husbands hearing aids. Attila wasn't sure so referred us to Rebecca who helped my husband through the process of setting up the watch. Once she did that the watch recognised my husband had hearing aids and connected to them.

I managed to secure an appointment with the Genius Bar within a few days. The staff were super attentive to my needs and friendly. I was informed of the issues and problems associated with my device.

From the moment we walked in the service was second to none - Ray who sold me my new 15 max pro was amazing and very polite - he then handed us over to another lady that started the transfer of data - they were so helpful and really patient. Highly highly recommend this store !

Went in with an issue with my AirPods today and was helped by Ash. Diagnosis did take some time however Ash was very informative and knowledgeable. He replaced the case of my AirPods free of charge (under warranty) and was very concise while explaining the next steps I had to take in order to set them up completely.

Went in to collect my MacBook earlier today, all of my problems were fixed under warranty and quickly and efficiently especially as it was on my birthday!! Huge kudos to whoever was working as a person facilitating after repair delivery!

I can't say I experienced the negative reviews here. From the moment I walked in, someone was there to help out. The staff were very informative, friendly and helpful. This is something that should be quite important for staff members and Apple staff definitely show this. The purchase was very straight forward, I look forward to returning to make more purchases.

My month old iPhone 14 overheated while at work which was purchased at Telstra, they just fobbed me off to Apple.
Well it worked out to be the best Thi I could have done, received really good service from Hamish and Pauline last Sunday, they tried to get repairs done but the phone was dead, so even though it should have been Telstra’s responsibility as they sold it, Apple just ordered me a new one which I picked up today and Pauline helped me with downloading data and apps etc.
Kudos to Apple Penrith for great service, thanks guys much appreciated.

Wonderful service technicians and I don’t want to embarrass them but the senior female tech is wonderful. The sales types - except for the young woman who served me today who was the only nice person I’ve met there since about 2017 - are nincompoops and have been for years. The entitled 20 something with the attitude and pathetic beard who I first encountered needs a lesson in common courtesy and civility. Thankfully I managed to brush him and achieve what I set out to do.

Today I went in to get my iPhone fixed and was helped by Cam. Honest to God he is probably the best apple service worker, actually overall customer service worker I’ve ever come across! Not only was he charming and funny but he was very knowledgeable and professional! Cam helped me replace my iPhone while he talked me through the whole process which made it smooth and at the same time educated me on things I didn’t know about. Thank you so much once again Cam!! Apple Penrith definitely need to give you a pay rise for the amazing service you provide 100/10!!
