Dr Chow and Phalla are very considerate. Dr Chow is very knowledgeable and take prompt action when the situation demands.

DR STEPHEN CHOW IS THE WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS IN MY LIFE!!! I took my 5 year old child to get his eye checked, but instead got judged, criticised, and most of all made me and my son feel so uncomfortable the way he was talking to us. Not professional at all! So aggressive and rude!! First time here, save yourself time and not go here, the hygiene of that place isn’t great either!!! Cob webs and dust everywhere on the windows. Absolutely disgusted how this is even a practise!!

You know Doctor Nick from The Simpsons, that's Dr Chow. Wait times are ridiculous as well. I highly recommend going somewhere else.

Worst ever ! Only visit for twice and will never go back doctor chow. Book 10:30am and he let you wait till to 12:00pm, 1 appointment before us . Only God know why doctor took over 90minutes with one patient , slow and unorganised practice. The receptionist useless too, she won’t answer any your questions. Oh yes , last time the doctor let us wait 55 minutes behind our appointment. Same story, he doesn’t know how to organise his time , all you can do is waiting. Don’t come over here unless your are desperate!

Dr Stephen Chow fancies himself a “Doctor.” LOL. If you are simply after a jab you are better off going to Minchinbury Pharmacy, you get much better service there with a smile. And for medical assistance past prescriptions or referrals don’t go to Dr Chow unless you’re desperate. Arrogant, grumpy old man, incompetent to boot. Hates having to answer questions as he thinks it is below him - how dare you, lowly patient, question him, a Doctor! When he does respond it’s with weirdo non-answers. A decent nurse or even a smart kid from the local school could come up with a more intelligent and helpful response. Just shows he is a substandard practitioner with zero people skills. I don’t know why he is still practicing actually (probably just for the money), he obviously hates his job and holds his patients in contempt, he should just fade into obscurity.

Absolutely the worst GP I have ever encountered. Arrogant, rude, appalling bed side manner and no idea of aseptic dressing techniques. Would not recommend.

Terriable services, poor wait times receptionist can't seem too keep appointments in a timely manner, and both doctor and receptionist are rude when asked why. 👎READ THE OTHER REVIEWS 👎

Terrible, dismissive doctor. Didn’t even read the specialist letter before denying examination and further enquiry. Find someone who will listen first.
