Dropped some furniture items. Staff very helpful unpacking. Also visited shop..interesting items: retro, antique. Was able to purchase some bowls I was after for reasonable price. If you believe in recycling, this is the place to shop.

Big op shop with lots of clothing. Prices are reasonable, some stuff a bit expensive, and a few bargains as well. Also note they don't get donations for absolutely free, they pay drivers to pick it up, people to sort it, warehouse and distribution staff and retail employees. Also big waste costs with dirty or useable donations.

Large busy shop. Large numbers of furnitures. Reasonable prices. Books are cheap.

I've good experiences buying things here, but I won't attempt to donate here again...

I went to the bottom building and there was a sign that said that that building only accepts furniture and that I need to go to the top building for anything else. Which I did. Though the section to drop off was closed (at 3:30). Though there were two member of staff loading a van at the time. They didn't come over to see me. I therefore went to the main entrance of the top building with two bags of clothes. I was told by another member of staff that they can't accept donations at this time at that building. They told me to go to the bottom building. I said that the sign said that the bottom building only accepted furniture. They then said to "come back at 9:30". I didn't bother to point out I can't because of work. As by that point I already decided I would just go somewhere else. And I did and they were very grateful to get them. A totally different experience...

Look, I get it... You don't want clothes, just furniture... Though perhaps sticking up a sign saying that would be nice.

Visited recently after not going for a few years and was very disappointed to see the state of the clothes they were selling, rips, tears, moth holes and obvious stains.
They used to sell obviously worn but still wearable clothing, now it's junk that I would toss straight in the bin. I bought a skirt that I happy with and a pair of pants that I didn't see have a big tear near the knee, very unhappy. I can't believe people give such rubbish to charity and the fact that they are willing to sell it on is ridiculous.
Willing to donate to them in the future but not going to waste my time picking over rubbish clothes again.

Would love to leave a donation. But you close before I can get there. No, one way donation drop off bins on site. Might need to update your opening hours. I got here before 430pm but you're closed.
