Kids Academy Penrith

The educators at Penrith Kids Academy are outstanding. Always so welcoming, accommodating and helpful. I can’t speak highly enough of this place. My kids absolutely love going to school everyday!

Sending my daughter to the centre was the best decision I ever made. She LOVES it. The staff are so loving, caring and on top of her needs I cannot fault them or the centre. We are so thankful to have found such a beautiful place to send our daughter each day

I moved my youngest daughter back here after moving to a centre closer to home, the teachers and other staff are fantastic and always approachable. 10/10 preschool

Kids academy Penrith has a warm family feel with amazing staff and educators, but remain professional with regular discussions about our child’s progress and education. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Friendly staff and great vacation care programs

My son was here for a little over 2 years. He was there for 6 hours one day and when he was picked up, he had the same nappy on as the one we left him in, apparently someone forgot to write his name on the day sheet, and so no one thought to check his nappy, got horrible nappy rash from that.
He was constantly brought home with shoes full of sand and no socks, and his feet would be all red and sore, I know sometimes kids are funny with shoes, but still doesn't look good.
Every 3rd time I would pick him up, I'd ask how he went and no one would know how he went or anything about his day.
A few teachers I would rarely see stand up, and just yell at kids from their chair.
My son is autistic and need a little more help than usual and we know that can be hard, but they forced him up to the big kids room when he wasn't ready, and we walked in to see him sitting at a different table than the others while everyone else was eating and he had none, I went out and asked if he was hungry and he said yes, so I asked the teacher if she was going to give him any food, and she told me that she yelled out that food was ready and he didn't come up to grab any, and so she assumed he just wanted to sit down alone and not eat??
We wanted to pull him pull him out, but no others schools had spaces and he had friends in this school so he didn't want to leave.
Some teachers were amazing, but unfortunately the ones that weren't amazing, were not great and made terrible mistakes and just didn't seem to care.
