Dr Ella Farshad is the best. She is one of the most knowledgable, professional and caring doctors I have ever came across. She truly cares for her patient’s and goes above and beyond to help. She always listens to the patient’s concerns and does not dismiss concerns. For people who are complaining about her being ‘late’, in my experience, good doctors are always heavily booked and it’s very normal for doctors to run over as each patient’s needs are different, yet booking slots are usually a standard 15mins. It’s a tough job being thorough with each patient, not rushing them, but also running to time as well. If you are booking an appointment with ANY doctor, you should always leave yourself a 30min buffer. That’s standard!

Dr Ella Farshad is such a compassionate and caring doctor. She genuinely cares for her patients and goes above and beyond to provide the best care.

The doctor's that I have seen here were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were also very professional ,capable, caring and helpful. The Doctors are very good friendly, helpful and professional and extremely knowledgeable. I have been going here for a few years now and I really like this medical practice. They also have a Cyte pathology onsight and also care plans nurse and other nurses. Plenty of undercover free parking available underneath and you get the lift to ground floor. Bulk Billing practice that I would highly recommend. The receptions are very helpful happy and professional. lHowever, once I saw a Dr Wong and she wasn't prepared to give me any pain medication at all, even with two pain specialist reports, eventually after making me cry I had to make an appointment with a more experienced doctor. I am currently under two pain specialist after having surgery to turn my spine 38° degrees. I am in constant pain but the Dr authorised to prescribe this medication is away. I couldn't believe it when after me crying and saying that the young girl Dr Wong she was making me feel like a drug addict her behaviour still wasn't compassionate. I am under a Pain specialist who I see regularly and it's on file letters that he's written saying what medication I should be prescribed. Otherwise I can highly recommend this medical practice.

Our family has been seeing Dr De Silva since 2017 and even though we moved out of the area 3 years ago, we won’t go anywhere else. A doctor of this calibre is hard to find.

He’s professional, thorough, compassionate and funny.

He’s great with kids! As a foster carer with children with complex trauma histories it’s so important for them to have a doctor they are comfortable with and trust.

Wait time is short and our doctor is always punctual. The reception staff are friendly, helpful and greet me by name.

Dr DeSilva runs the best practice I’ve ever been to, 10/10 hands down best medical centre! I see Dr Sanj, whom I have followed across 3 locations to stay under his care. He is compassionate, empathetic with a wholistic view of health. He has helped myself and family through both physical & mental health. I especially appreciate his multidisciplinary care provided through Trisha their nurse. Trisha is so kind, humorous, knowledgeable and evidence based. I feel totally supported under their care.

The Medical service I receive from Dr Sinnathurai is Professional, Respectful and Excellent.
I am very confident that I am properly informed, treated and kept up to date with my children and my own Health.
I have been a Patient of Dr Sinnathurai for over 10 years and I can not recommend him highly enough other than to say that I will gladly put my Medical life decisions in his hands.

I have been going to Crane road Medical Centre since they opened. They bulk bill and usually I am lucky to make an appointment the same day. I have seen quite a few different Drs and have found them fantastic. I live on the coast and they're still my preferred GP.

For the past 12 years I have been a patient of Dr Sinnatharia. He has been a tremendous Dr over the years and he has also treated my wife and kids as well. He is one of best Drs I have known and I highly recommend his great work ethics. I trust him with my life and am very proud to write this review.

Excellent doctors. Great practice.
Unfortunately some reviews written are by people whom do not understand what a doctor is. Any given patient coming to primary care can need a repeat prescription (3 minutes) or resuscitation, counselling/rescue plan for domestic violence, mental health management (30 to 90 minutes).
If you think a GP can manage time into 10 minute time slots to suit you then you are at best, misguided.
A GP has trained for 11 years in order to help patients. Their time is likely to be more important than yours.
If you wish to have your appointment on time I suggest you go to a doctor who, for good reason, has few patients.
Crane road practice is good doctors and excellently run.

For the last 15 years, I have only been to one doctor which is dr Sinnathurai, I have followed him from centre to centre and will keep following him, dr was the only dr to diagnose me correctly thank God for this dr who doesn’t use Google to diagnose the health problems I highly recommend him and trust him, I would never trust another doctor like him.

All staff are wonderful. Today my son had intense abdomen pain. The receptionists and nurse helped us see the doctor quickly and Dr Sinnathurai helped refer him to the necessary procedure.

We are so lucky to meet Dr Tharumalingam Sinnathurai back in 2014. He is humble human being and professional with a exceptional medical knowledge in different areas.

We never had a family doctor prior meeting him. We can’t thank enough for his medical advise in tough situations for our family members. Dr advise is always proves to be accurate and at time better than the specialist Doctors.

We drive 40 km (one-way) to see him as he moved to another medical centre.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Sinnathurai for over 15 years. We have followed him from one surgery to another. He is the only GP I would trust for me and my family.
If you want a well learned Dr who provides a full medial examination and takes his time to assess you and shows care and attention to your situation a d really follows through. Then you need to see Dr Sinnathurai.
I would recommend him to anyone.

Excellent medical Centre. The female Dr saw my 1yo daughter on short notice and spent time doing all the checks. The consult didn't seem rushed at all like a lot of medical centres and the Dr took her time. Was very patient and made the whole visit for my daughter calming and relaxing. So glad i found this place.

Great place for your daily healthy issues, friendly stuff and great doctor. I visited Dr Wong, professional, patient and ensure that I'm properly informed about my health and care. I would recommend to family and friends.

Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Sinnathurai taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options, he is my doctor for over 15 years. Highly recommended.

I would like to thank Dr Sinnathurai from the bottom of my heart as he solved a lingering issue with my son. My son who is 23 had a recurring infection in his navel. He went to many doctors but they diagnosed it as an infection.
He then went to consult Dr Sinnathurai through recommendation and explained to him about the situation and due to Dr Sinnathurai’s vast experience and analytical skills he suspected it might be a congenital issue (which only occurs in children) known as a urachal cyst and asked to do an Ultrasound and a CT scan. It was confirmed he had a urachal cyst, if left untreated would turn to be cancerous. He immediately referred him to a Urologist at Westmead Private and had his surgery done today. All went well.
We are so blessed to have him as our GP and can’t thank him enough for his excellent care and for the unique gift to his patients. Thank you Dr Sinnathurai, words can’t explain how relieved I am. I have great confidence in you. If not for your expertise this would have not been diagnosed.

All doctors and staff at this practice are very caring, professional, Friendly and very knowledgeable. They are very patient and kindly explain everything perfectly and answered all my questions.

Dr Charminda DeSilva by far is the best G.P. Doctor we have encountered.
We highly value and appreciate Dr DeSilva; his skill and knowledge with things medical as well as the genuine concern that he shows each time my wife or I have any health issues.
Recently having gone through a life threatening asthma attack, I attribute my life being spared through the professional help received at Crane Road Medical Centre (from receiving immediate care in the Treatment Room by Medical Staff to being transported by paramedics to Westmead Hospital for ongoing care).

I have found Dr Chaminda De Silva, the reception team and the nurses totally professional and would recommend this medical centre to anyone. An innocuous first visit to renew some prescription med’s and a flu shot with Dr De Silva prompted some tests that ultimately led to some stents that the cardiologist advises were in the nick of time. Time was taken for genuine care about my health and subsequent well being and for that I can only be eternally grateful.
