Excellent customer service from the whole team especially by Marcus. I needed new basketball shoes and didn't know where to start. He approached me nicely and greatly assisted the shoe selection process by first measuring my foot size, asking what position I play (center), and recommending excellent shoes in different price segments to help most with being a center, and allowing me to try on many recommended pairs till I found the perfect shoe for me. Very interactive experience, and someone ill definitely come back to for help with my next pair of shoes even if it isn't for basketball. Overall an excellent experience, great customer service and friendly attitude from everyone, will be coming back to this store often.

I called to check availability of a specific shoe and size. Kim spoke to me with a helpful, and happy vibe. She checked the item on the system and then double checked to see if it was actually physically there in the storeroom and offered to put them aside for me. This service is above-and-beyond, and definitely not what I expected (unenthusiastic service who wants to shoo me off as quickly as possible. No pun intended). Thanks, Kim! 👍🏻

I have always had a great experience shopping here, Customer Service is always good Friendly Helpful Staff, and I can usually always find what I'm looking for if not help is offered in helping me try and find something familiar

This place is simply divine. I go here alot to buy things for the kids but mostly what I love the most about this place is that this used to be the entire food court for the plaza before they built the new section with a kids play gym.

There used to be lift access to downstairs where the post office is, but sadly that's now gone. There used to be a play time with stairs to get down to outside, but again it's gone. However, the stairs are still there. I'm not sure what they connect to in Rebel.

The other thing I should note is that Hoytes used to be just carpark with a concierge desk with toilets and hire wheel chairs. The other being located near where the fruit bowl used to be.

Rebel has become a vital part to the Penrith Plaza. It's quality staff may nit be aware they stand on what I call heritage listed, but they are my choice for shoes and sports wear.

Fantastic service provided by the girls there (especially Jasmine and I guess the other one was Mahinder?). I really felt they were genuinely interested in helping me and make my visit as convenient as possible. Will definitely visit again.

Shout out to Soobaan S over the weekend who found the last pair of Nike shorts in a Medium I was after before I walked out of the store. Kept looking even after it was looking likely it wasn’t to be found. Credit to you man , have yourself a great day.

I came in a couple of weeks ago to purchase some good runners but nothing really felt like it was for me. Although I didn't end up buying anything I still felt impressed with the young lad who helped me and have to praise his patience and understanding. I tried on multiple shoes and he was very knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. He also recommended me some potential shops I could look at and like other retailers didn't force me to buy anything. His communication was also genuine and he genuinely wanted to provide good customer service. If you do shop from here, please get help from Sooban and not the other employees who don't even ask how you are. Rebel certainly should give him a raise and you should be proud of having an employee like that.

So much to look at if you're a sport fan. Called in to get my son something for his upcoming birthday and couldn't decide so purchased a gift card instead

Feed back on the experience I had last night looking for new soccer shoes.

Will was fantastic and was able to hold conversation and relate to me: a massive yes in the retail world! We established what I wanted and needed really quick and got within my price range.
Walked me to the front counter and advised me what to do from there (that’s above and beyond in my books). Well don’t will.

Even then young lady in the red jacket (I didn’t catch her name) was very lovely and got me signed up quick smart.

Awesome customer service today from Dylan, although knowledge was expected with working in the basketball section, overall knowledge on the shoes I was looking for was impeccable and received more info than I expected which was awesome. While I’m not local to Penrith this is my preferred REBEL store, and the customer service is one of the reasons for that.

The new store looks great, and the shop assistant “Jasmine” was amazingly helpful. She made it very easy for my relatives smartwatch purchase. She was very knowledgeable. Muchly appreciated. Great experience

Had what I was after. At first went to the south store as website said Penrith. Spoke to a salesman and said wasn’t any in stock after he looked out back. Showed him the website saying a few in stock in Penrith. He investigated further and said it was the store in the shopping centre that had the stock. Website needs to clearer which store has stock.

Just thanking Damien at penrith westfield for his patience and kindness while assisting my grandson buying footy boots. Just amazing service from this man. 👏 👏👏

I have supported Rebel over the years buying footwear for my Nike fanatic sons as they grew, and just treated myself to a pair.

The staff assisting with finding the right size have always been courteous and patient, and this time they were too, Rebel do a fantastic job in recruiting the best people and training them well.

Pretty much the best Rebel Sport in the country as far as I am concerned. Biggest range, heaps of staff who are all knowledgeable and always heaps of staff on registers to ensure that no matter how busy it is, you will get served quickly. Would recommend and would go back.

I stood around long enough umming and ahhing amongst a couple of rows until a staff member came and assisted me in choosing an item for my son who is starting out in soccer. Both himself and another guy in the background seemed very sincere in trying to help in which style of boot would be best, taking into account the opening of the shoe as well as the stud pattern and pricing range I was after... and whether the sizes I needed were in stock.
The cashier greeted me with a warm smile which made the end of my purchase nice as well.
Considering it was not a traditionally busy day of the week for sales in a shopping centre and low level staffing (understandable in these tough times for businesses) I thought it was a nice experience and would not hesitate to go back again.

Adam was great helping me find the Under Armour Hustle 5.0 I was after. The shop was busy but he found what I was after very quickly and made sure it met my needs. Top work.
