Tim did an amazing job with our bathroom and ensuite renovation. He is super responsive with all messages and kept us updated throughout the whole process. He goes above and beyond from start to finish. He even ensured our family dog was kept safe while trades came in and out of the house. We highly recommend Tim for any work and would definitely use him again in the future.

I had the unfortunate luck of my hot water failing on New Years Day. I messaged through the website, and within half an hour, Tim had been in contact with me to arrange a time and a quote. He arrived promptly the very next (early) morning. Removed the old system and replaced with a brand new one. Very happy with the service received from Tim. Would definitely recommend his services.

Recently had Ballard's Plumbing out to clear a blocked drain we had been having trouble with which lead to a section of pipe being replaced in the back yard due to a blockage and break in the pipe. Both jobs were completed very quickly and professionally at a reasonable price. 10/10 service and communication would definitely use again and highly recommend cheers
