Explore & Develop Penrith

I am so grateful to the wonderful staff at Explore and Develop Penrith who welcomed my children with open arms and helped them settle in in record time. Special shout outs to Renee, Cheryle, Steph, Eliza and Sandra for making this such a smooth transition for my little ones - but really all the staff here truly go above and beyond.

My daughter is enrolled with E&D and I cannot speak more highly of the whole team. Over and above the numerous standards and procedures, as a new Mum I was looking for Centre that could offer a fun and nurturing environment away from familiar surroundings and the staff in my daughters room do just that! It is evident that the children are genuinely happy and thriving as a result of the well rounded learning program and day to day activities which include indigenous tribute. Thank you!

I have been at Explore and Develop for over 4 years now, I started out as a trainee at the service. In the 4 years that I have been at the service I have seen Explore and Develop grow, we love and care for the children of our service as though they are our own. I have never worked for a set of directors that give us and the children everything that is needed to make the environment engaging and amazing. They care tremendously for staff supporting us through our personal and professional life. I have been very lucky to have found such an amazing group of women to work with and for.

We have recently enrolled our daughter at E&D union road and couldn't speak highly enough of the place. After considering a few local centres for our little one, we decided to enrol at E&D based on the passion and professionalism shown by the educators at union road on each of our visits. We feel our daughters experience is second to none and speaks volumes of the staff at E&D union road.

I cannot recommend the team at E&D highly enough. From my initial phone inquiry through to orientation and then the all dreaded drop off (for mum, not bub) the team have been amazing. They are passionate, loving, caring, compassionate, full of helpful advice and always available for chat. I cannot imagine sending my little boy anywhere else.

The staff, Director & all the Educators at Explore & Develop have been so amazing with my son. I can’t recommend them highly enough. My son has absolutely thrived at the Centre.

Best centre. Fantastic communication and care. Feels like a family with genuine staff. We moved and wished we could find the same level of service and care elsewhere.

It is truly an exceeding centre with the way they operate and prepare, to build a stronge foundation for our kids.
