Great service tonight.Given the new health crisis as a customer tonight the person in service did everything right on a health level.Very clean using hand sanitizer and friendly service.Please give the same back everyone this service station set a great example tonight.

The staff at the 7 eleven on high st are very helpful if you need something. The pricing here can be a touch expensive but they are trying to make money.

My favourite items at the moment are the frozen drinks and the red twisty licourice very yummy for night shift.

They are very close to work if you need to go and get a quick snack or a drink. I have been back lots of time for the fantastic slurpee deals and food at times.

I do not know how these ignorant people work in customer service!. Yesterday i filled my car up and instead of the attendant coming inside and serving customers. He was busy with fixing his friends car out the front. He made sure his friend got a few V drinks. But he was talking to his mate for a good ten minutes while the store is left unattendand. Not only was he was that arrogant that he had his ear piece on talking to someone. Instead of talking to the customer. No being racist but if certain cultures want respect they need to give it as well. Goes two ways. This was my first time as i was running on empty. I will not be back thats for sure. Will push my car to the next servo. If their was a no star thats what you derserve. Dont bother writing and apologising. We all know you are either the ignorant employee or in the family. Nothing has been done since previous complaints so this is more for other customers that find themselves at your service station. Advise to anyone. Dont come here.

Waiiz… words can’t even describe the LACK of customer service you had. Your arrogance and utter rudeness to I the customer was appalling. If you know your machine is faulty put a OUT OF ORDER sign up… common sense. Of coarse a customer is going to try again to make a drink to see if it is faulty especially on a hot summers day when all you want is a refreshing drink. The point of this story is WAIIZ then refused to give a $2 refund even though I left empty handed. Not once did he try look at the machine he just stood behind the counter doing nothing, mind you I was the only customer. So many things was wrong with that interaction refusing a customer to a rerund when it’s the stores product that is faulty. It may only be $2 but its principle.

Visited a 7-11 for a quick petrol fill-up, but ended up waiting absurdly long. The attendant was mopping inside and instead of assisting, made weird hand signals implying he'd get to me later. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Won't be stopping here again.

Stop playing games, nobody has time to wait for 15 minutes.

Refused to allow me access to the washroom, can't get worst..
