Hi just want to acknowledge one of your staff by the name of Stacey. It has been twice now that I have been lucky to encounter her helping me, and each time she has gone out of her way to help. It’s so rare these days to get good old fashion customer service where they are happy to look for a product for you and take the time. Stacey is a wonderful employee for your store and hopefully recognised. 👍🏼👏🏻😃

I would much rather pay more and go to my local family chemist, whom these guys are sending broke with the help of the government And there are silly policies. Still, expect the usual smiling snappy service, range of products and special prices!! They have access to volume discounts that the little guys can't get, so unfortunately, you do have to come here for some products, or when our local guys are closed.

I was assisted by a young lady named Chloe! She has such amazing customer service skills. I was shocked on the amount of knowledge she had about products. I am pregnant and a first time mum, I was about to leave and buy nothing due to feeling overwhelmed then she approached me, asking if I needed help! Overall a great experience and I left with purchasing multiple useful items.

Very impressed with the knowledge and expertise shown to my husband and I when we enquired about travel support stockings at this store yesterday 17th December. We were advised by a service member of staff named Pauline and she had first hand knowledge of this product and we were extremely satisfied with the experience.

Couldn't have asked for better service. Katherine ( hope I've spelt that correctly)and Suzie were brilliant. Nothing was too difficult and received 3 follow up phone calls until the delivery was organised. It was all about "how can we make this happen". Best value chemist chain I have found with a huge range and plenty of stock - the prescription desk is also quite good. Parking is always available as well
