McDonald's Mount Druitt

Lovely food and fast customer services and really nice people especially and believed a young man name Wafiq, and also Wafiq made my food which was really delicious and fast aswell. He deserves a raised! Very fast and spectacular worker!

Good job Maccas for hiring a amazing worker and I will definitely return back again!

I have got to say that the lovely manager Brooke is one of the best workers iv came across at any mc Donald’s she has exceptional customer service and fulfils her customers every needs she’s polite understanding and works fast and efficiently SHE MADE MY WHOLE WEEK!! This lady seriously needs a pay raise or something good in return for how good she makes your company look!! Very happy with my meal and customer service tonight will definitely be back hopefully I see her again 🙂🙂🙂 THANK YOU BROOKE

this mcdonalds is not that great however i have amazing experience with one of the workers! she is short with brown hair and she make sure that my family receiuve the best food ever!

I had an issue with ordering through the app. A manager on duty was so understanding and helped me get my order. Even in the dinner rush her understanding and compassion was greatly appreciated. She was professional and I will go out of my way to go back to this restaurant.

Your manager Brooke is honestly one of the best workers I’ve met at any Mac Donald’s she was really nice and was fast and efficient everything was fresh which made my night even more, she honestly deserves a pay raise with how good her customer service is, I myself work in a bar/restaurant so customer service is everything to me

My last 3 visits to McDonald's have been at the emerton store and they are less than impressive. The burgers are disgracefully put together , your order medium fries and ya get small fries I a medium packet and i waited well over 10 minutes in store each time .
So on 7/3/22 I went to the Mt Druitt store in Zoe place .
OMG ... OUTSTANDING .
The burgers looked like they were out of a TV commercial the fries hot , crispy and adequate and the young lady that served me was extremely pleasant.
Best McDonald's I've had in a long time ..

Service 40%.. as in works need 2 keep up n check on what people's orders probably or correctly. n de other 60% good playground 4 kids or family kids n also NEED outdoor seating next or around the kids playground. Last time 2 months or less at night between 1 and 4am wish my husband cheers n good luck 😁😊☺😌

Staff were really friendly and polite, food was good, toilet was a disgrace. Not the staffs fault, I guess the animals that use it should have been taught that other humans may use it after them.

I was there tonight and watched a manager named Jackson handle a very awkward situation with three boys verbally abusing and threatening a woman because they thought she cut the line (she was escorted to the front by a staff member) and he handled the situation so amazingly it was wonderful to see the staff manage that. Great customer service especially to those two.

I met these 4 lovely girls, going back to my memory I remember the name tags jasmine, Sarah, Patricia and Tahlia. Their customer service that they provided was exceptional. When my son dropped his happy meal on the floor, the 3 girls were quick to notice, cleaned it up fast and replaced his meal. These girls deserve to be rewarded for their kindness and understanding of customers needs especially mine and my sons. ☺

The Staff here are the most friendly people I have ever been served by in my whole life!!!!!!! I would extremely highly recommend the store manager and regional manager give these workers more opportunities if they wish for leadership training and above also to describe them in high regard if they are chosen as referees by the workers at this store the workers at this store are all great but there are a certain special 2 that Are the reason I am writing this review!!!! They are so well mannered I don't know the girls names but 1 of them served me thru drive thru on the 1st of September 2017 after midnight I think between 1-6am she had black hair and her name began with "C" the 2nd Girl served me on the 17 January 2018 thru drive thru at 4:20 am she was cacuassion and had her hair tied back with brown hair but I didn't get to catch her name I wish I did ! The store manager and regional manager needs to no! Not needs to must!!! These 2 girls and all the workers there they are the reason I am writing this review without them the business will be not as great without these great people respect!!!! 😊

The customer service was good & the kitchen staff were efficient. Was a quick visit to buy some takeaway. All good...

Went for a midnight maccas run and was met with very polite staff and quick service. Also a compliment on my DBZ shirt! :) Love this store, always efficient and kind late at night!

Friendly staff. Can get quite busy here.

Now open 24 hours. Pretty clean & the manager was friendly and would strike up a conversation with everyone that entered. She also makes good coffee

Coffee order from the app which was using my location sent my order to Mount Druitt food court instead of here (Even though i was in the Aldi across the road). The manager (I think her name is Holly) sorted it our by getting the coffee made for me after i showed her the email receipt that it was already paid for. Legend. Thank you.
