A brief experience with this company. I am pleased to say it was great. With a slight tap of the finger, I ordered 2 awnings for my 300 LC where my intention was to order only 1. A confirmation email was sent to me for the order, and I noticed my mistake.
Within 20mins of me informing APC 4x4 they had credited my account with the total purchase price of the extra awning. Fantastic service.

APC didnt have the exact item i requested but had and suggested an excellent alternative.

although customer shipping was not an option it was processed and paid on the spot, and shipped within a few hours of first contact.

Fantastic service, part of my order wasn’t quite in yet, was going to be a few days away. They posted my driving lights anyway and posted the light bar later when they arrived. Postage isn’t cheap to me so it was really nice they did this for me.

I accidentally ordered the wrong part for my vehicle, and so I sent a message overnight, hoping for a response to fix the issue. Ordered an item but it was the wrong one. As soon as I realised I sent through an email, the team had responded within minutes of my email and have corrected my order. There's not alot of places out there that make the process that easy. Cheers guys will definitely buy from you again.

When I reached out to them for a Gen 1 Grey Lightforce 30” lightbar to match my 10” dual row and rok40 grey lights on my Lada Niva rally bash car, Jason and his love for Lightforce found new old stock sitting in South Australia and had it to me in days.
