Ive been going to Dr Michael on and off for about a year now and every visit I'm met with the same smiling face. Before seeing Michael I struggled with disc injuries due to sport and could barely walk, sit or bend over without being in pain constantly. Since seeing Michael the pain has decreased dramatically and my mobility Is 10 times better than what it was. Michael helped me be able to move through life pain free and I will forever be grateful.

I have been seeing Michael for a few months now and Michael is great! He is very caring, helpful and professional. I originally went to see him after hurting my back picking up my daughter and was in agony. He got me back on track in a few days and now I see him monthly for maintenance. I love how my back and neck feels after seeing Michael. He is great!

I have been seeing Michael for well over a year on and off. I was referred to him initially because I was suffering migraines and they were getting more frequent. At my first appointment Michael sat with me and explained why this could be happening and pin pointed the pain in my neck and shoulder blade right away. After 4 visits over 2 weeks I felt 100% relief, no more tension in my neck. I continued with a weekly visit, then dropped down to once every two weeks and then once every three weeks for maintenance. Over this entire time I didn’t get any migraines at all. I stopped appointments over lockdown and the pain in my neck/shoulder slowly started creeping back (10+ hours a day working on a computer will do that!). In the last month the migraines started again and like before started to become more frequent. I booked in to see Michael a few weeks ago and even after months of not seeing him he knew exactly what to do and again with some intense treatment over the last fortnight, finally back to no more migraines! Michael genuinely cares and wants you to get better. I would highly recommend him!

I have been going to Michael for chronic back pain for a few years now. This has included instances of bulged discs flaring up randomly. Michael has done exceptional work in treating this pain to the point where I can manage day to day activities like I did before my injury.

Dr Michael Vella is an amazing chiropractor, he always makes time for me and is very good at his job. I came to him with severe neck and back pain and he has helped with that pain alot. The pain has mostly gone and I get adjustments to make sure that the pain stays away. I would highly recommend him.

Michael works differently from other chiropractors- he massages you to start with, heats you up with a heat lamp for a while then comes back and does the regular chiropractor moves. I go to get results and Michael gave them to me. I improve every time I go - that's why I keep going back!!

My chronic neck pain and upper shoulder pain has abated in the first 3 visits to this clinic.
