I wanted to get my new Mercedes Vito van lowered to even out the ride.
Dean and his team are very professional and knowledgeable about their products and services. The finished job was exactly what I was after and after sales service has been fantastic. We had a few hiccups with the job, and they guys bent over backwards to make sure they looked after me. I would highly recommend Sydney Suspension.

Nothing but praise for the guys. My wife and I are in a motorhome and needed a new airbag rear suspension installed. I tried at least 12 places in 3 states - noone would even look at it. Despite not having installed this system before, they managed to work it out and get us on the road again in one day.

These guys go above and beyond, they did suspension on my TD5 back in June, so last week we took in my son's '85 County, let's just say the age of the vehicle offered some challenges and unexpected problems, but the crew worked hard and without compliant. The team fitted a set of QA1 coilovers on my 67 camaro. They tuned in the the perfect ride height and set the wheel alignment to make it track straight. Great job and great team to deal with. Very insightful with skills and knowledge. Dean and Adrian kept me in the loop with what was happening with my pride and joy. Will definitely use again for other my other vehicles. Cheers fellas 👌

A GVM upgrade for my 150 Prado and Caravan Service. All done on time to quote with obvious extra care and attention paid to getting things right! The outcome = fantastic. The car rides well and is legal for extra weight. The caravan was serviced with brake and bearing issues identified and corrected. The van wheels now run much cooler and the brakes don't grab. Shouldn't be that hard BUT Sydney Suspensions did it when others have taken my money and failed. They looked after my now retired Pajero and will continue looking after my new Prado. Highly recommended!

I have previously used Sydney Suspension to lower my Mercedes Vito work van. My son had bought a new exhaust system to fit his Mercedes C250 and after contacting a few suspensions places with no one wanting the job, I rang Dean to see who he could recommend or if his team could do the replacement. Of course they could do it, and they made the job extremely painless.
Car was booked in and we had it back the same day.
The job they did was fantastic. Dean and his team are always very professional. My son could not be happier with the results.

I usually service my vehicle at the Subaru dealer in Penrith. They were unable to provide aftermarket options to upgrade my suspension, but highly recommended Sydney suspension for advice. Dean and his team were great to deal with and I’m very happy with the result. If a factory approved dealer is recommending an aftermarket workshop, it’s gotta be a good thing. There were a couple of Subarus being worked on when I dropped my car off, the other customer I spoke to seems to have also had a good experience too. Highly recommend this place for suspension work.

They are the best people in the industry. After my trusted mechanic ripping me off regarding swaybar problem, i took my car to them and they found the problem in 10 minutes. They quoted me a price to fix everything and surprise, surprise, it was cheaper than what my mechanic asked me in the first place. I would give them 100 stars if I could. Thanks to Shawn and teams who fixed my swaybar. Will take my car again in the future

I booked my van in for scheduled service & also a knock in the front suspension.

The guys gave the old van front suspension a thorough examination & found nothing amiss but tightened everything up. The drive on the way home was excellent, tight & smooth, the best it had felt in years & just the price of the service, no repairs to front suspension needed.

The guys were really helpful, polite and great value for money.
They put in a Tough Dog suspension kit on my 76 series Landcruiser and got the job done to a high standard even though there were problems with the old suspension being rusted on taking twice as long as quoted. They still honored the quoted price.
They took the time to walk me through the new features and I’d happily use them again.

The guys at Sydney Suspension go over and above. A normal service is done better then the rest. They check everything and the communication is exceptional. Even helped me with something that had nothing to do with them. Highly recommended.

These guys are nothing short of fantastic. I took my old Magna in because of a knock in the front suspension. Spoke to Dean who explained their $30 diagnosis, basically you pay the fee, then if you proceed with the work, it's deducted from the final amount.

Anyway, a few issues popped up, and I was actually invited out into the workshop to look under the car while it was on the hoist where each and every problem was identified and explained. I have never, ever had another shop do this. I could immediately see what they were talking about. Unbelievable service.

I went ahead with a fair bit of the work, and I can say without a shadow of a doubt, the work done by Sydney Suspension is outstanding. Not only is the knock gone, but the car just feels tight as a drum again despite its age. I am absolutely over the moon with the job and their processes from start to finish.

I don't normally leave reviews, but in this case I felt I needed to. This is an honest, professional outfit who quote fairly and do amazing work. You can tell when you are dealing with genuine people who care about their customers and the work they do.

Top quality team, took my car down to get coilovers installed and some lower rear control arms, required cutting and welding of the front struts, only place that would take on the task.

These guys are awesome!! My car broke down on Monday and our usual mechanic, along with half of the mechanics in Penrith, were shut until next week. But, the guys at Sydney Suspension managed to fit me in and get, what was quite a major issue, fixed within 4 days for me, which was such a great help as I need my car to shuttle my 2 year old around and we live in semi-rural area so I'm not able to get to public transport easily.

Long story short after a recommendation from a friend I gave these guys a call, they fit me in, got my car fixed in record time and have amazing customer service. I dealt with Brad the entire time, he explained things in simple terms for me and was honest and upfront about everything from the start.
