I have nothing but praise, the customer service here is amazing! I was assisted by a lovely lady named Rebecca who quickly resolved my medical needs. She was prompt and efficient. Overall very good customer service, I would definitely recommend going to this particular chemist.

One star is because that is the minimum requirement. Don't waste your time with this place. They don't offer refunds even if the item purchased does not suit the purpose it was intended for. Now I have to jump through a bunch of hoops to deal with the issue for a small amount of cash. BE WARNED and don't waste your time

Charged $24.99 per Rapid Antigen test kit, when others were charging $10 - $12. Feel like I was taken advantage of.
