I wanted to say ‘thank you very much for saving lives of customers in our community’ once again, it is because I was able to finally get a critical prescription medicine for a Heart Implantation in this store. It was after I already spent more than an hour driving around many pharmacies which were closed today due to weekend as well as recently tightened Covid restriction.

I was in panic with frustrations unable to get this important medicine as time went by this weekend afternoon after being discharged from a hospital in North West area but welcoming voice of a staff on the phone made me feel mixed, so happy and almost crying when I called this store.

And I arrived this store with a happy smile and got a “medicine” finally - Hooray!!

I already tried to express my thanks to one of staffs in this pharmacy but staffs seemed to be busy while I was paying. So I thought I would not forget regarding my comment here instead 🙂.

Staffs are all professional, welcoming, and so nice to customers seeking help although staffs must have been busy. You are all hidden hero for people in this community.

I have been here for the first time last week as I usually shop at the second nearest competitor. In my first visit I have found the staff to be caring and up to date with medications and latest products. The staff gave me a warm welcome as a new customer and actually showed interest in getting to know me. I have now found a new regular pharmacy which also is a little closer to home

The staff at Soul Pattinson are very very polite and have extensive knowledge of all their products. The pharmacists are always approachable and ready and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Helen and her hard working team to anyone in the area wanting a great experience and service.

The staff are incredibly helpful. Every pharmacist I have asked for advice has been knowledgeable and caring. Thank you particularly to the tall gentleman pharmacist today who gave me advice regarding my 1.5 year old's tummy issues.

I come here regularly and the staff are super kind and helpful! Even during busy times they fast and efficient, and keep you updated on wait times. Even during lockdown!

The advice they have given me over the past couple of years has been really helpful and they always take the time to make sure you get the right things. They always have nothing but the best intentions for anyone who walks in the store.

Fantastic customer service. As I was leaving to go home to Queensland and needed a flu shot urgently, they organised a flu shot for me, by shuffling an appointment in 24 hours. The other option that they recommended to me was to pick up my flu shot via a prescription from my doctor (they had stock) and take it back to my GP for he injection.

I can not be more greatful for the exceptional service I recieved this evening from Grant.
The whole team at this local pharmacy is an asset to our community.
