As a property manager I often need to engage Andersens. They are always so pleasant on the phone and very efficient. Yesterday the turnaround time from quote request, getting out to the property to measure up, to receiving the quote was the space of 3 hours! Can’t fault their service!

We had our whole house recarpeted by Andersens Maroochydore and there were issues, the finished product was just not acceptable.

Liam the franchisor, worked with me for weeks to resolve each issue one by one, he was very methodical and made sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. All the carpet and underlay were replaced, Liam even came on the day and helped out, he did not leave until the job was complete and we were happy with it.

It’s always great to have a positive experience, but you only really see the true integrity of the business when something goes wrong and how it is resolved. Liam was absolutely amazing, he was professional and courteous at all times, nothing was a problem, his only objective was to make sure we were happy with the carpet, even when it meant he was at a small loss financially to keep us satisfied.

Awesome service once again this is the 2nd time we have used Andersens for our carpet. Marcus went out of his way to drive to our house to install some filler needed for the install which we forgot to do before they arrived to ensure we could get the carpet. Highly recommend.

Staff at Maroochydore store were very helpful & explained the pro's & cons of each type of carpet. The installation was easily organised & executed. The price was reasonable & the extra discount through RACQ was a bonus.

We used Andersons to help us with updating our carpet. We went through Garrett who was absolutely amazing. He was lovely to speak with, was very fast and professional when it came to getting the quote back to us and all of the communication, he even got us a great deal and saved us around $300 compared to other companies. Would definitely recommend asking for Garrett!

with hybrid flooring over tiles, and carpets replaced in bedrooms, we couldn’t be happier.
From the beginning Garret has provided great communication and the team in the store have been so helpful with choosing the right flooring and carpets, providing samples and site visits.

The installers were great. They were friendly, tidy, informative and have done a quality job.

Marcus and his team were helpful, and easy to deal with. Marcus revised the install date without any fuss due to building delays on my side. Brad and Andy turned up on time for the installation and did a great job. Good quality work and affordable price. Looks perfect.
