Great place

Service is pretty good and they are asking you if they can help as soon as you walk in. I have purchased two sets of quilt covers with pillowcases on different occasions. The items have turned out very pleasing and exceeded expectations. Although they seemed to misslay things on both occasions that I was there. I would have missed out on what I wanted the first time if I hadn't helped out and the second time the size quilt set I was seeking was hidden under a clipboard behind the service desk, found by a salesgirl called in from out the back to assist. Other than that displays are good and they are only too happy to open packaging so you can view the manchester.
I will go back but hopefully when there is a different salesgirl present.

Staff were chatty and busy but helpful. Products are well made in my opinion and about Target prices for linen. I'd prefer a few more modern design choices though. Average overall

Very poor customer service and knowledge of their own linen, I wanted sheets on one of the display beds but was sold a very different set, my hubby washed them and when I went to put them on the bed realised they weren’t the right sheets, the manager basically said bad luck! Not even a offer for a discount on the correct sheets. I won’t ever return

I bought two sheets today from My Home Penrith and the customer service ladies were so weird and rude.They made me and my husband feel so uncomfortable.Never going there again.I don’t care about the product and the price,It’s the vibe that this two weird women sitting their and gossiping about the customer gave me.

Staff were very rude an wouldn't except cash.

My mail order came from this store, I’m really disappointed with the lack of accuracy with the colours, not the beautiful lush reds and pinks pictured.
Delivery took a long time too
