Fantastic Furniture

Always a pleasant experience. Last time, I rang the store to check a specific measurement for a furniture and the person (Ayla? sorry for my english) was very polite to do that favour!

Somewhat reasonable prices, and a wide range of products, which mostly needs to be picked up at their warehouse (which is about 5 minutes away), not available in store. I would recommend coming here first before going other places.

Dealt with James from the Maroochydore store over the phone, great service and was very helpful with me. He was very knowledgeable and because of my experience I’ll come back for sure!

On Tuesday, I had to dash around the coast to get some errands done and were struggling with time. I had to get a new mattress quickly for some friends coming over. Barb from Fantastic Furniture Maroochydore was the right person that I was very lucky to come across - no time wasting, just clear / experienced knowledge that explained all I needed to know, thoroughly and quickly. New mattress.....done / tick! Thank you very much Barb, you did a great job from my experience in your store.

Decked out a new flat on the sunny coast. Arrived from interstate straight to the Fantastic warehouse to pick up our online order. We received amazing service, the team at the warehouse and then at the store for a little extra couldn’t do enough for us. Great shopping experience.

Brought a recliner. It is absolutely beautiful and comfortable to sit on. The price was really good. But the thing I liked the most was that it was delivered the next day. That happens nowhere usually. 5 Stars.

A very positive experience. I bought quite a lot and wanted to mix and match some packages, as well as upgrade a few items. It was so easy. The sales team are all young, and it's about them I mostly want to address my comments to. Every single one of them (6 I saw) was friendly, polite, and a real credit to themselves. Julia R helped me out and she was a complete delight and knew the products.

It's fashionable for older generations to whinge about how bad young people are but all the unforced rudeness I saw came from a couple in my age group (60+). The young folks kept upbeat, really put in the effort to help, and did a stellar job. They all had tasks and got about doing them. Thanks to the team and to Julia R in particular. I hope the company is forward thinking enough to reward good staff in meaningful and tangible ways.

Great service and great advice on furniture for our rooms.

Affordable furnishings can still be found! Fantastic Furniture had just the chairs/seats we were looking for. After our cat had had its way with the old 2nd hand outdoor armchairs, we decided that she'd probably have a harder time destroying the overlarge leather chairs (soon to be outdoor armchairs) which we are replacing with the more suitable chairs from FF.

Sheena,Joss and Matt were such a big help for me today. The service was really amazing, they helped me get a better price on my mirrored drawers then I was even expecting and were so friendly and great. Even making sure the mirrored drawers I purchased were clean and helping get my items in the car. Thank you so so much. You guys are really great.

They have a great team of friendly, helpful and enthusiastic young assistants working there, who collectively, made our visit a pleasurable, and highly successful shopping experience. They opitomise the contemporary style of respectful, and knowledgeable sales staff, who are prepared to think outside the box, in resourcefully tracking down the type of product you seek. Great friend staff good affordable prices.

Service over 2 visits is friendly fast and efficient in the store. The 2 young men at the warehouse had great customer service and were very helpful. The furniture for the price is fine, it's never going to become a family heirloom but is great value for money.

Had a few issues with our order but Nathan from Maroochydore branch was amazing going out his way to pick up my order and personally drop it off at my house after he finished work. Now that's what I call customer service. Keep it up Nathan, Fantastic Furniture are lucky to have a Manager like you.
