Exceptional service! The best sales experience we have ever had. Was served by Terrence at the Maroochydore store when looking for a new tv. And he was so incredibly helpful and got us a great deal. He patiently answered all of our questions and was very thorough in his knowledge of tvs. He went above and beyond so many times to the point he was going to come in on his day off to ensure our purchase got to us swiftly. It was an absolute pleasure to be served by someone so friendly and easy going. We had not shopped at Joyce Mayne before but now we will certainly go back thanks to Terrence.

We have been helped by Jolane twice now, and she is so knowledgeable and genuine in her approach! She made our experience very easy and we really appreciate her customer service skills.

Thankyou Robert for excellent service and advice from start to finish. I have all the appliances for my new kitchen now and am very happy. We will be back. Special mention also to Blake who helped us out with advice as well.

We were looking for a French door fridge freezer. The staff in this section were excellent and Sam took a great deal of time helping us to choose the right appliance and then to get the best financial outcome for us.

No question the best place to buy electrical goods ! Recently purchased a Hisense TV from the Maroochydore store and were assisted by “ Darren “ a gentleman that helped greatly in our choice. He went to a great deal of trouble in organising a tv that in the end was our pick.
After delivery we had trouble organising a stand and received a great piece of advise from “ Darren “
All the staff we have spoken to have been polite and helpful. Seriously if you want to buy quality goods at a decent price this is the place to go.

My wife and I had been researching robotic vacuum cleaners for some time, in the leadup to the Black Friday sales. We knew what we wanted but were going to wait until the (possible) specials were advertised. But then Jolane came along. She knew here products well and offered us a deal we really couldn't refuse, with the offer of a partial refund if the item's price becomes even lower during the Black Friday sales. We were so impressed with Jolane that we ended up buying another item at an exceptional price, at the same time. Great work Jolane and Joyce Mayne.

Recently visited the Joyce Mayne In Maroochydore looking to buy a dryer for a new home. We ended up having a great fella Rob talk to us about dryers.

It's not often you get great service within retail, however Rob was friendly, knowledgeable and showed value in the products he presented. Overall a really nice bloke!

Although we didn't make the purchase on the day, we will be going back to JM, because of our experience. Cheers Rob!

I felt I had to write to say what a legend Dan Clarke, at Joyce mayne Maroochydore has been to deal with over the last year. Sold me several white goods and is always efficient, extremely helpful, and follows up! He’s helped with a recent warranty issue getting personally involved when he didn’t have to as item was still under manufacturer warranty. I just want to give a shout out to Shane T and Tony H in the TV section. I contacted them tonight regarding a product care store credit and they went out of their way to make the transaction as easy as possible. Saved me a trip into the store as well as the warehouse to collect the tv. Great service lads, really impressed. You both deserve a raise!!

The lad I dealt with today, called Blake was amazing! He knew heaps about the products and was able to answer all my questions. He also did a great deal on the price to make my purchase affordable. They had a good range of stock of the products that I looked at and all the other staff I dealt with were very friendly and genuine. Highly recommended.
