Great service ,great products ,very knowledgeable, would highly recommend if you need a battery for almost anything go see them ,took care of my car and was a good bloke to chat with as well , thanks.

It is not often you walk into a place and get the feeling you are about to be taken care of by somone who has been in business for many years. As soon as I laid eyes on Stephen thats how I felt.

Stephen reminded me of when I use to work on cars with my father. He explain what he was testing to find the right solution and then after the installment gave me a lesson on jump starting my car if needed. It was a special moment that will be remembered for years to come.

It has been the first time I have visited Batery Base and would like to recommend his business to other people that may need a new battery and that old fashion customer service

Outstanding customer service! I came in today to get my battery tested and possibly replace as I have to jump start every day. They tested the battery and recommended to do a warranty claim instead. They even offered to fix my front grille. Highly recommended and will definitely go here for all my fleet cars battery needs.

Just wanted to say thank you to Van from Battery Base who went out of his way to help me when my car was broken down last week. We weren't able to resolve the issue as it wasnt the battery but he was very helpful and knowledgable in troubleshooting and was able to suggest next steps aswell. Great service and polite. Drove up there today after my battery went dead last night at work and had to get jump started to get home.
Didn't get the blokes name but he came out and met me at the car and asked how he could help. Explained to him what had happened and he went about doing a couple of tests on the battery. I think it was a holding charge test that he did where he found that the battery had run its life. He changed the battery then and there. 👍👍👍👍

Steve was a lifesaver today! When other competitors couldn’t get to me within 90 mins of my call, he closed up shop, came out to Campbelltown where I was parked, gave me a jumpstart and led me back to the shop where he replaced my battery for a fraction of the cost I was quoted! Legendary service.

Fast polite service. Prices very good. The owner works there. He is very thorough, tests things before and after, puts all the nuts and bolts back. Knows what he is doing.

Batteries are much cheaper than Super Cheap Auto or Repco. Steve diagnosed and replaced my battery on the spot.
