Great customer experience! 10/10 - I was served by Josh . I went into the Glendale store to purchase soccer boots to fit my budget. He was a great help with style and price - definitely brilliant service !

Great service! Wasn't planning on making a purchase but the sales person was so helpful and friendly to myself and my teenage son we bought a new indoor basketball.

I suppose that this Rebel store is a little bit smaller than Rebel Charlestown, but the atmosphere is great. The salespersons are kind and patience as well.

Visited Rebel Sport today to buy a particular baseball cap for my grandson and the lovely lady at the counter was so friendly and helpful when I couldn't find what I was looking for.
The other lady checked the shelves and found it for me.

The staff here are amazing, and the store is always immaculate. From school shoes to finding new ways to entertain the kids. This is one of my favourite places to go on the hunt for back to school, birthday gifts or even to fill a quiet Saturday arvo.

Oliva was so friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem for him. He had a in depth product knowledge. He went out the back as we were looking for cricket stuff, while we were waiting another staff member came to see if we needed anything. Customer service was absolutely fantastic

Definitely one of the best stocked Rebels around. Lots of stock of all the ranges you want. Great staff are plentiful and parking is a breeze

They had some great member early access bargains. The staff were really helpful, helped me find what I was looking for and also suggested some options to check out on the website and that they could order in for me at the store. Great service!

Best service from Shannon (I hope that's her name, I'm terrible with names 😬). I ordered click and collect, there was a little problem with stock and she rang me straight away with a solution, that's the key, don't just tell the customer the problem without a way you are going to solve it.

These days I'm only physically in a shop a couple of times a year, I'm almost always online (I hate shops, except for you bunnings, I hope you didn't hear that). But service like this is what keeps customers loyal rather than going straight to Google for the cheapest price, and saving 2 bucks 😳.

Staff really helpful. Got kids bags and shoes fitted in under 20 minutes. Made my school shopping trip easy.

Wonderful people! My feet are very difficult to fit for new shoes, but the three shoe people found the time to help each other out around other customers. Together we tried everything that was potentially suitable for almost an hour! They could not have been kinder, even though we couldn't get the right fit this time. We'll definitely visit again another day.☺

Great, patient and friendly service. Hannah was patient with a somewhat indecisive customer (me), when deciding on some gym bands.

The staff would have a difficult job at times with some rude people, so it doesn't hurt to appreciate the staff when you enjoy your experience in store.

I have to give this place five stars because of our sales person Isabella. Her service to my wife and I was above and beyond. I hope the management at Rebel realise what a great asset this young person is and keep her in mind if any managerial opportunities come up.

The best Rebel store I've been to in Newcastle in terms of service & range. Went to several others before making the trip to the Glendale store. Was worth it! Hannah really helped me out and knew her stuff 👏🏻

Great customer service here every single time I go.

Customer service was excellent. However air con didn't work in-store today. But other than that presentation in store was good, and the employees couldn't have been more helpful. Hopefully they get the aircon fixed soon!!

Awesome customer service from Ashley. From greeting me as I walked into the store, to the offer of assistance to tracking down some under armour slides I was after from another store when realised Glendale was out of stock of my size... 👍🏻
