Very positive shopping experience. Cory the young gentleman who served me was very polite and attentive and seemed to have a vast knowledge of shoes and how to fit them to my particular foot type.

Today we were first time customers in the Lismore store and the service we received from Karen was fantastic. She was extremely thorough, had excellent product knowledge and made a difficult shoe fit stress free.

5 stars for Chris, I've always had trouble with shoes but he was really nice and helpful and I'm very happy with the shoes and his service.

Excellent service - good advice good selection - we felt they cared about our feet and both bought a pair here.

Amazing customer service, variety and extensive knowledge of footwear! Fit Technician would kneel down and even tie your shoes for you!

Had an interesting experience in this store today whilst shopping with my niece and her mum for a black pair of runners. The customer service lady in “training”Lily was exceptional, as not only did she manage her terrible boss (who decided to argue with my sister in law, about what type of shoes she should buy her daughter 😐 ) but lily managed to stay calm and deliver what we needed, regardless of her managers argumentative behaviour after double checking with her as she is still in “training”.

As a new customer to this store and shopped at Athletes foot in Sydney for my kids on multiple occasions, I expected the same level of service. This manager’s behaviour was a shock! She doesn’t listen to customers, their requirements and argues back with customers?! It’s unbearable to watch and listen to this woman! As her self awareness - well let’s say there is none! Lily the new staff member is better than her, and should be teaching her a few listening skills!

Lily again, you were incredible working under those conditions today, especially on your 7th shift, and thankyou so much for giving my niece, some much needed runners today! Giving you five stars - sadly your boss ZERO! Hence the three star rating. K

Went in today with my daughter to buy shoes for work, I'm a nurse. Told the lady I'd like to try a few shoe styles in size 7, the lady who I assume was the store manger was loud, rude and condescending towards me in front of several other customers and staff and questioned are you intending to buy shoes? Why else would I be there? What was she implying? That I couldn't afford to or was wasting her time? She informed me that there would be a wait for assistance and stated a young man who was possibly in training wouldn't know how to help me. The woman was practically yelling all of this out across the store in front of everybody whilst she was fitting another customerfor shoes, I felt embarrassed for myself and for the poor young male staff member. I left without purchasing any shoes, however a few hours later I noticed the older lady was no longer in the store so my daughter and I returned to try on the shoes I wanted to earlier. This time the young gentleman helped us and he was lovely, however he required assistance from a young blonde haired lady (who looked similar to the older lady from earlier) who was equally as rude to him and me, if not more so than the woman earlier. This young girl insisted I was a size 8.5 according to their machine despite wearing a size 7 shoe comfortably my whole adult life, when I calmly suggested again I'm usually a 7 she replied very loudly and rudely, I'm not going to argue with you, you can buy whatever size you want but the machine says you're a 8.5 US... Uumm ok machine... I tried them on and they were way to big, slipping off the back of my heel. When I told her this she gave me an annoyed look and basically ignored me. When I asked what shoes they had in my size 7 in the styles I was interested in both women basically ignored me. Again I left empty handed. I will never shop there again and wish I had of red the reviews before I did as this appalling customer service and treatment of their junior staff seems to be a regular occurrence. I highly recommend for people who value being treated with mutual respect and quality customer service to NOT shop here! I will be informing all my family, friends and colleagues about the atrocious customer service we experienced today at this store.

Went there for nursing shoes for new job. Lady insisted I was size 11 because the machine said so despite me being 8 to 9. She said there should be extra room. But upon wearing them at work, having a spare inch that's not my foot is hazardous.

Rude staff member. I wanted to get my foot measured. She said I would have to be buying shoes today. She made me so uncomfortable I will never go back to that store. I was going to get my foot measured not be bullied.

Would give 0 starts if possible. I went in and was met by a rude, bitter and condescending lady named joe, who claims to run the store. She refused a refund for a product that hadn't been used and was only purchased a week before for the reason "i don't have to give you a refund and I don't see a problem with them". I think the ACCC should have a word with them.

Rude staff woman asked if I was going to buy anything before trying for size. I decided it was not worth the hassle dealing with lazy rude staff so went to Sports Power instead who were much more helpful!
