Tyson looked after us at Kotara warehouse Newcastle, he was so friendly & helpful. Had shoes we liked sent to our home as the size was not there. Please thank Tyson for us, you have a fabulous worker there ⭐

I am really impressed by not only the stock varieties in this store but also by the brilliant staff it has. Tyson was so patient and friendly and provided excellent customer service. I was a bit confused about the correct shoe size and literally tried at least 4-5 pairs of different types of shoes but he was very polite and professional with a friendly attitude. I would like to wish all the best to Tyson and all the other staff in this store.

Needed to return 2 pairs of shoes I ordered online. Was greeted by Chloe as I walked in and she was kind, patient and helpful. Other staff members were equally helpful as I browsed for different shoes ( my selected ones were not available). The store is set out well so you can see the shoes and the sizes available easily. There is a wide selection and they had discounts. I even added a third pair to my purchase because of the discounts. The cute trolleys help manage stacking a selection of shoes to try. Lots of parking available.

I recently visited the Skechers showroom and had a fantastic experience with one of their employees, Arjun .He was incredibly knowledgeable about the different shoe styles and helped me find the perfect pair for my need.

I purchased a pair of shoes for my dad about 3 weeks ago and recently noticed a rip on the top of the shoes. He had only worn them a couple of times. So, I returned to the store today without the physical receipt but showed my bank account statement, which indicated the purchase, and also mentioned that I have a Skechers account.

The manager and the team were incredibly kind and polite. They not only provided me with another new pair for my dad but also honored the discount that was available at the time of purchase. This truly exemplifies great customer service at kotara, Newcastle

My friend and I are visiting from the Gold Coast, went into the store on the 1st September, we were approached immediately by the ASM
male, 25 (Leg Tattoo) he was so helpful and more than happy to go above and beyond for us both, he was great at keeping up a conversation and keeping us engaged as customers.I walked out with a new pair of kicks that I love. We will be returning as the experience was great. Thank you 😊

Staff are amazing. I had some skechers that had a bit of a fault and the team here was nice and replaced them for me. Thank you guys. Great way to represent skechers and your store. Definitely be back for my next set.
