Bevilles Jewellers | Charlestown

I bought a Tommy Hilfiger watch this afternoon and I was greeted by a fantastic Sales assistant, called Zenita. She was extremely knowledgeable about the product and was very professional. I would like to express how much of an asset she is to the company , in my opinion.

Had a wonderful experience in store when being served by Zenita who provided amazing customer service, she was very friendly and patient.
Would absolutely recommend this store.

I recently saw Zenita in store and WOW.
She was an extremely knowledgeable young woman. She provided amazing customer service, her extensive knowledge and truthful nature allowed me to feel confident with my purchase. She explained the type of necklace, the material, craftsmanship, price ect… and I didn’t feel uncomfortably pushed to buy!!! (EXTREMELY RARE TO FIND WHEN BUYING JEWELLERY).
Her energy is uplifting and she was an absolute delight to be around, truly a breath of fresh air. I believe zenita is such an asset at bevels. I haven’t ever experienced customer service like this before… still amazed… I cannot recommend her and this jeweller enough!

My recent experience shopping at Bevilles Charlestown has shown me that amazing customer service still exist in retail. Zenita and Dumol went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Thank you Bevilles.

Recently purchased a beautiful mens 9ct yellow gold bracelet from Ismelda from Bevilles Jewellers Charlestown. Firstly, her attentiveness and knowledge of products was exceptional. Secondly the product quality and price was what sealed the deal. If it wasn't for Ismelda I am sure I would have been confused by all the options available to me however she made this much easier by providing me the right options that fit and looked great. Thanks Ismelda from Bevilles! You rock! (Diamond joke).

The worst experience I have had at any jewellers. Ordered a ring paid cash in full, paid for the care plan and repeatedly chased the store to find out where the ring was, no return phone calls, finally got a hold of someone that chased the order and was not told the truth.
After almost 9 weeks I was told they could not get the ring, although it was still advertised on their website as being available.
Customer service was appalling, rang head office and they were equally unhelpful telling me I would need to deal with the store ! ( the same store that can’t return phone calls or even answer the phone on multiple occasions I rang)
To top off this experience I organised to go into store to get a refund from the store manager as she was the only one that could do it and could not get a cash refund, it had to be done as an eftpos transaction. She then told me it would be in my account in 3-4 days!
I paid for the purchase in cash and should have received the refund in cash - on the spot.
The manager of the store was rude, dismissive and could not of cared less about customer service!
No wonder the staff in this particular store have no customer service skills.
I will not recommend Bevilles to anyone and will definitely not step foot or shop in one of your stores again.
The whole thing was I loved the ring I ordered and if I had been kept in the loop would have had no problem waiting at all!
Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.

Not happy with my visit today, I picked out some lovely gold hoop earrings for my mothers birthday to be told they had the wrong price attached to them and they couldn’t sell them to me for the price that was displayed.
You should be checking all your prices that are attached! Pretty sure you have to sell me those earrings at the displayed price! The lady that served me was lovely but the other lady she got to help her was rude and dismissive. She simply said no!
Prouds across the road got my business and I will never return to your shop!

In the Charlestown store, I spent $149.99 on earrings. One of the diamonds on the earring fell off. When I went to the store, the employee agreed to exchange or replace it. She even gave me a receipt as proof. When I returned to this store to return the earrings, she reneged on her statement and refused to replace them. It was a terrible experience. I am very disappointed not because I did not receive a refund or exchange of earrings, but because she broke an agreement and I travelled and wasted my time because she promised to return the money.

One order for a special occasion took more than 3 weeks and 3 failed promises to deliver and still waiting. Lack and poor communication. Don’t recommend.
