Served a couple of times by Dylan. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Nothing was a problem for him. Would definitely recommend Bing Lee Bennetts Green.

Went to Bing Lee today to see if they had a particular vacuum model I had done research on. They didn’t. But what really stood out was the customer service that I received from employee Dylan. Even though he understood I wasn’t going to make a purchase on the day, he made the effort to discuss with me current trends in vacuums, models and performances instead of shrugging me off. Dylan knew a-lot about a wide variety of brands and could answer all questions in fine detail, a perfect gentleman and salesman. Excellent service, got a great discount on the fridge we needed, free delivery and removal of old fridge. Even got a $250 cash back from Bing Lee! Highly recommended. Love the fridge too!

I was not a big fan of Bing Lee some time ago, however I think they have made some changes achieving an edge over there competitors. There are shops and shops.

So far I had a flawless online click and collect experience with Bing Lee Bennetts Green.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the front desk and immediately assisted by a young man who took care of the click and collect order.

Making my way through the store having a browse I was asked ever so politely entering each department if I needed assistance.

I give Bing Lee Bennetts Green a 110% so far, excellent staff, excellent store, excellent service and some of the best prices found anywhere which was very surprising.

Always get a great deal and hassle free sales advice from these guys. Recommended.

☆Bing lee!☆!! good there!! brought a couple of thing there lately!!! microwave !,,phone holder ! in my car, a small freezer! at a DISCOUNT price and good star ratings, better then next door!!! At the time!! Must do the leg work to get the best prices☆☆☆☆☆

Bought a dryer for my dad, over the phone with Tim. He organised delivery and installation within 60 seconds and sent a payment link email, all within our relatively short phone call.
The actual delivery guys were very prompt and professional and even installed an extra bracing board on the wall, so the dryer would hang in the exact right spot.

That was a service that I thought went above and beyond my expectations.

Clay at Bing Lee Bennetts green went above and beyond to help us, from being incredibly informative on multiple items we purchased to simply having extensive knowledge of the product to even helping us load our purchases and get them home, the most helpful down to earth Sales person I’ve ever come across!!! We will be sticking to Bing Lee for good, the service was incredible and all of the staff were helpful, couldn’t recommend any higher, give Clay a raise haha!

We bought a TV this week but unfortunately it was faulty. We called ahead to return the TV and the lovely lady on the front desk was pleasant and professional to deal with. When we arrived at the store we were greeted with friendly, professional and engaging staff. They were really busy but made time to help us choose a replacement for the faulty TV and never made us feel bad for the return as has been the case with other retailers previously. Thanks Bennett’s Green staff first a pleasant shopping experience, we’ll definitely return here for our next large purchase.

Hidden gem tucked away behind main road , very helpful and knowledgeable , answered all the questions and asked about the purchase for accessibility due to size and shape , stairs and doorways , things that you may not think about. Will certainly be returning.
