Dr Karen Gibson is a miracle worker! I have an absolute anxiety about the Dentist. I put off going and it takes a long time to work up the courage to visit the Dentist. Dr Gibson was incredible and worked me through the process gently with a real duty of care and expertise. Thank you for making it possible to go to a Dentist. .

So happy I decided to use this dental practice! My experience has been nothing short of amazing 😊 I experience overwhelming anxiety going to the dentist but the care and compassion from all staff, particularly Kayla and Dr Lorena has been unfathomable. Thank you very much, everyone, for making our visits to this centre relaxed and happy. The girls at the front desk were welcoming and friendly and helped to make claiming and paying easy and simple. Mark sorted out both our sets of dentures, quickly and efficiently, where previous dentists had failed! Roger, the dentist, was kind and thorough, and took the time to explain results both to my mother and to myself. Overall, we decided that the longer journey was well worth it, for the kindness, friendliness and thoroughness that was shown to us, and highly recommend the overall experience.

Dr Lorena Diaz is the best dentist there is. So gentle and caring, highly recommend this practice to anyone! All of the staff are very friendly and attentive.

I have seen many dentist all over the country and I cannot express just how impressed I am with the high level of professionalism and service at Bupa Dental. The ladies at the front desk are always very happy and helpful but the main reason for this review is Dr Chris Galvin, he is just brilliant Dentist.
Dr Chris is very down the earth, he explains the process in as much detail as you need, is very gentle (I hate needles, and to date I haven’t felt a thing) and he seems to take 1/2 the time of other dentists, yet he doesn’t rush and his work is on point.
If you are not a fan of going to the Dentist, like I used to be, do yourself a favour and book into see Dr Chris Galvin at Bupa Dental Kawana.

I cannot speak higher of Bupa Dental Kawana. It is hands down the best experience I've had with any healthcare provider. Dr Chris is absolutely phenomenal and you can tell immediately that he truly cares about his patients well being. The dental nurses have all been lovely and welcoming. Not to mention the ladies at the front desk are also beyond delightful! I look forward to coming back. :)

Dr Lorena Diaz is a wonderfully warm and welcoming dentist who went above and beyond to help me achieve my desired outcome with dental bonding. I could not be happier with how my teeth turned out.
