Today I needed help with a special Christmas for a young boy needing some love.
I arrived and was so thankful for the help I received. Two gorgeous guys went above and beyond to assist me. Nick and your colleague (whose name I dont know) you made my trip to Rebel Hornsby very special. Thank you both for such beautiful, kind service.

I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service I received today from that guy calls Merdad "I hope this is the correct spelling of his name"! He provided me warm and attentive assistance to find a christmas present for my doughter.

I had an issue with soccer boots I recently bought at another rebel branch. Surprisingly, the manager dealt with this matter very professionally and seriously and I couldn't be even happier with her support! Rebel has been always great, but this store actually gave me an exceptional feeling. I am happy that it's my local store. :)

I come to rebel Sport often enough that I've got a membership - whether it's at Hornsby or the other Westfield shopping centres around the place. Good place for soccer boots for my youngest, gym gear for me, or even sometimes a few things for the eldest or the missus.

Shopped at Rebel Hornsby today, served by Tiffany. It is so good to be served by a happy staff member who is helpful, knew her stock, worked out what I wanted, made helpful suggestions, gave me options & produced what I wanted & needed, efficiently.Thank you.
Benjamin who processed the sale was also efficient & helpful tracked down my Rebel membership. Nothing a problem for either of them.

I went to rebel sports in Hornsby for my ski gears.Unfortunately they didn't have my size.
Jarred, one of the staff, tried to help me out, looking at other stores. He spent long time on that.
Jarred is always very attentive and helpful. I want to say that he is great!

I just called up Hornsby and Nathan was most amazing and helpful over the phone. He helped me pick what shoes would fit, recommended the style and was so patient. Thank you Nathan. You made my day!

I have been calling the on-line web help desk and unable to receive the the answer or the goods I'm looking for.

After a few more calls: Josh from Hornsby store was able to assist and handle my request very professionally. He is able to place the order and request the goods to be send to another store for me to pick up.

Everything you need in sports apparel and more , great customer service and excellent variety.

Great experience, bought an exercise bike and had it inside my car within 1/2 hour from stepping inside the shop. Jared and all the staff were great. Thanks again!

I ordered new shoes on-line from another store. The wrong shoes were delivered and after trying them they were the wrong size.

Went to the Hornsby store to swap over, they insisted I try the new ones to make sure, they didn’t have the correct size but took the time to track the correct type and size of shoe and which store had them. Then insisted they will deliver the correct item to my address.

The staff behind the counter went above and beyond to help when it wasn’t their mistake.

The store has a good layout and it has a nice atmosphere. Staff were pleasant, friendly and extremely helpful. I’ll recommend to anyone. For sure I’ll go back.
